Great location. The beach isn’t the greatest for swimming due to the reef but there is a friendly entrance point to swim just down the beach. The condo has everything that you need including beach chairs, umbrella, and boogie board. We didn’t get to stay long but would consider again on our next trip to Kauai.

We loved our stay at Sunset Kahili! The ocean view was stunning, and the condo was a short walk to Brennecke’s Beach. Lisa was kind and very responsive. Great location for exploring the island. We’d definitely stay again!

Fantastic spot in Princeville. Can’t beat the views. Spent a lot of time on the balcony - starting and ending our days there. Enjoyed the pool as well. Would rent here again.

The location of this accommodation was even better than anticipated! It was great to have quick access to the ocean and it was very close to all the sights and activities that Poipu offers. Loved having use of the beach chairs and towels too.

I probably do not have enough characters to list all of the great things about staying here! First off, you are right on the water and the rocks keep people from hanging out in your view, so you can listen to the gorgeous, fairly large waves in peace. The closest beach is on the highway, but I noticed there is another beach within easy walking distance. Walk past two driveways and you will see a somewhat hidden “beach access” sign near a one way sign. The unit was clean, the kitchen is gorgeous and I loved the art they had hanging. The air conditioning in the bedroom kept the room very cool and comfortable. The other one did a pretty good job, too. We overheat easily, but we were comfortable. This location is great because you are midway between the two end-of-the-road points on the island. There are lots of places to eat. If you want to save some money, the best grocery prices we saw were at Big Save.

It's apparent this property is meticulously cared for and maintained. This is clearly not a typical "full time rental" but someone's home, rented on a part time basis. We would have no hesitancy staying here again or recommending to friends.

A great place to stay! We loved having our coffee on the lanai in the morning watching the sunrise. It was just as spectacular watching the surfers and the sunset. We were able to walk to great snorkeling in 5 minutes. The local turtles were just another plus for this place.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The communication was great, very responsive. The home was clean, comfortable, and quiet. Nice pool and very easy walk to the beach. Would 100% stay again.

Would stay here again!! Location is great, the airbnb was so nice and well furnished. They even had a hair diffuser which was so sweet because I forgot mine ! They helped us right away when I accidentally locked myself out of the airbnb. Place was clean, so nice, one of my favorite airbnbs! Amazing hosts.

We had a wonderful stay at Sandpiper Retreat! The place was beautiful, clean, and very comfortable. We truly enjoyed our time in Kauai and appreciated all the thoughtful touches in the home.

This unit was great! Parking, A/C, the chairs, location, amenities, everything. We couldn’t get the beach umbrella open/operational when we took it to the beach, but we’ve never used one before so it’s 50/50 on if it was broken or if it was user error. Would stay again in a heartbeat.

One of our favorite units in Kiahuna and we will come back again and again. Tastefully remodeled, beautifully decorated, and the kitchen is well equipped.

Everything was 10/10. The place was impeccably clean and was exactly as advertised in the photos. Stylish with thoughtful touches made the stay feel more like a boutique hotel. The fresh fruit, snacks, water and drinks in the fridge was above and beyond and what made this stay feel so special. Ryan was accommodating and super easy and fast to communicate with. Would without a doubt return to this wonderful spot in Princeville.

My wife and I enjoyed our stay at Sarah’s place. We stayed here for the last couple days on our trip to Kauai, and we really loved that we got to stay on a different part of the island. Princeville was such a beautiful area/community.

The condo was spacious, clean, and well-equipped, especially noteworthy were the beach items available: beach towels, chairs, snorkeling equipment, body boards, and more! Great spot and accomodation.

Violeta accommodated us last minute and was quick with communication. We had a little challenge finding the building, but other than that everything else was great. Clean space, good location and pool was nice!

Alicja is an incredible host to work with. The place was great and Alicja is very responsive and gives clear instructions for everything you'll need to know. She does an amazing job!

Excellent stay - Brendan was super helpful and responsive with all questions and issues, including helping us get an early check in and troubleshooting TV issues. The location is unbeatable with a 5 min walk to the beach and great food options nearby - we hope to be back!

Such an AMAZING condo! Drinking morning coffee or sipping wine at the end of the day with that view made the trip! We were hesitant about no AC, but it was not a problem! We planned to stay in the downstairs bedroom for the purpose of it being cooler, but we stayed in both rooms to compare and both were equally cool. The only thing we’d change would be to have a mattress pad available. Both beds are very firm, the upstairs bedroom being slightly less firm. We enjoyed walking to the private beach, hideaway beach, and to Queens bath. Free parking and ample at that was a great plus and a short drive to Hanalei Bay. We used the binoculars, umbrellas and beach chairs that were provided. We had no noise issues with leaving windows and doors open on balcony overnight. Definitely book this condo!

I honestly can’t think of a better location to stay in Kauai. Kapaa is ideally located for traveling either north or south and a short distance from Lihue. The condo is right on the beach across a short walkway and the view is spectacular. We loved the sound of the waves in the night. Also, it’s next to the pool and a 2 minute walk from restaurants and stores. Josie was super responsive to our questions and everything went smoothly. Two enthusiastic thumbs up!
