Ο σχεδιασμός βασίζεται σε καθαρές γεωμετρίες και φυσικά υλικά σε ανοιχτούς τόνους. Χρησιμοποιήθηκαν υλικά όπως το ξύλο και το ύφασμα, σε συνδυασμό με τεχνοτροπίες σε παστέλ τόνους, για να δημιουργήσουμε ένα φιλόξενο και ηρεμο περιβάλλον για τους επισκέπτες. Έμφαση δόθηκε στη μελέτη του φωτισμού προκειμένου να συνδυαστούν διαφορετικές ποιότητες φωτισμού μέσα στη μέρα.

Το σπίτι είναι καινούργιο και έτοιμο να φιλοξενήσει τους επισκέπτες που θέλουν να χαλαρώσουν και να απολαύσουν τις διακοπές τους δίπλα στη θάλασσα. Η γειτονιά είναι πολύ φιλόξενη και ήσυχη,100 μέτρα από το γραφικό λιμανάκι του Κολυμπαρίου και 20 μέτρα μακρυά από την παραλία. Πολύ κοντά στο σπίτι θα βρείτε σούπερ μάρκετ, φαρμακείο, γυμναστήριο, φούρνο, καφέ, παραδοσιακές ταβέρνες, μαγαζί με φρέσκα φρούτα και λαχανικά καθώς και μαγαζί με φρέσκα ψάρια. Domicilechania - Venetian Residence

The Domicilechania "Venetian Residence" was built in the14th century and is known as the Venetian Rectors Palace. It was also used as the Treasury and the Archives of the Venetian administration. Overlooking the old harbor and the Venetian lighthouse its view is unique. Ideal for one or two couples or families with max. 3 children. The Venetian Residence is the ideal spot to explore the old city of Chania but also the countryside of the region. The nearest beach is 10 min. on foot.

CASA 28 III is a freshly renovated apartment in one of the nicest neighborhoods in Chania, a breath away from the Venetian old harbour and the center and close to the beach also..! So close to the center but so quiet neighborhood with plenty free parkings around , equipment with anything you need, brand new household appliances and furniture. The Villa is located right next to the sea, in Kalamaki area, 5km away from the town of Chania. Its greatest feature is that it offers direct sea access. The villa is newly renovated and fully furnished, offering a very comfortable accommodation.
