Holiday rentals with a patio in Komi

Erini made us feel right at home. We enjoyed the space as it felt very private and detached. The unit was equipped with everything that we needed. The outside garden was great to enjoy the summer nights and sea view.

Dimitri was very kind. We needed a third bed and it was ready. Nothing was missing. He had thought of all the details. A place where if you've lost your suitcase you could survive a week. It's very generous to have so many details and we really appreciate it.

As it appears in the images, we did not have any problems, only Google Maps brought us to the wrong place. iPhone normal maps take us to the exact address. It had a great view, it was very quiet. There are cooking utensils at home. We were very pleased. I plan to come again.

The space was nice with a large bedroom and large balcony facing the sea. At first it was difficult to find the driveway not realizing it was off the main road. Parking on property was very convenient but would be easier if there were assigned spots. Would stay there again.

Everything was exactly as described and even better. Mr. George was great without getting tedious. Many small details made our stay even better like the daily cleanliness of the space and the constant supply of coffee and so on. She even left us fruit in the room every now and then. I highly recommend it since there is an attempt to feel comfortable and enjoyable that is now rare.

Maria is an amazing host. We were greeted as if we were at the house of a relative who loved us very much, not in the Airbnb house. Early check-in and late checkout never broke our requests. The first morning, he prepared breakfast and many delicious treats for us. The location of the house is too close to the city center. An absolute dream in Alacati! This villa was truly a highlight of our vacation! The place is even more beautiful than in the pictures – the large pool and the lovingly designed outdoor area invite you to relax from morning to evening. Everything is well maintained and high quality. The interiors are modern, tastefully furnished and lacks nothing. We were particularly enthusiastic about the fully equipped kitchen with high quality appliances – perfect for cooking together for the whole family. In the evening we almost always ate outside, overlooking the pool – simply fantastic! The location is also unbeatable: in a few minutes you are at the most beautiful beaches in the area or in Alacati for strolling and eating. We felt completely comfortable and will definitely be back!

Our stay at Artemis was great! The hosts are kind and friendly, check in was easy. The location of the apartment is central yet in a quiet street. The apartment was spotless and newly refurbished - the space was perfect for a family of three + very kids friendly.

Wow, the house is in a wonderful location and very quiet. Everything was very clean and well maintained, and the garden invites you to linger. Communication worked very well and we were able to find the house quickly. In the village there are three restaurants serving typical Greek dishes. A car is necessary to get to the wonderful beaches on the west coast in 20 minutes.
