Nice old house in the heart of old Xanthi, perfect location.

The location of the house was great, with restaurants, and very close to the beach. We were very comfortable, it is a house we will always prefer. Host Elsa is very understanding, thanks for everything 🌺

This house was the best place we ever stayed. Quiet, amazingly organized, spacious and so cosy! Every detail was in its place, what we needed we found intuitively and easily. Beautiful yard, flowers smelling at night, lots of space to work or to meet friends, perfect kitchen. The house was fully equipped! And on top, the most nice and caring host!

One of the most wholesome stays I have had the pleasure to experience. Tomislav is very friendly, flexible and fast to respond. Everything in the house was great and as described. Definitely the best kitchen I have encountered in any Airbnb - from good knives to a wide variety of utensils and tools, the kitchen was very well stocked with a lot of products and we lacked nothing. As food lovers and cooks, we really appreciated it. The house is very nice and cozy with a beautiful view from the balcony. One can feel all the personal and sweet touches that Tomislav has made, the place is embedded with care, which is not found that often. The village is rustic and very authentic, with very wholesome and nice people around. We were treated like family! The surrounding area is beautiful! Quite some places to visit, the silence, peace, simplicity and beauty are top-tier therapy. I really hope I will be lucky enough to go back again!

It was a pleasure to stay in Vasiliki's house, the location is good, the building is new, the decoration is very cute, there were clean towels and linens, the necessary equipment that guests may need is provided, communication with the host was always great. Although the apartment is in a semi-basement, it gets very good sunlight. The garden of the house is incredibly pleasant and peaceful. We have stayed in Thassos before and this was the most enjoyable place, we will definitely stay here again! 🌸☀️🏝️

Everything was very nice

Everything as expected, perfect for us: 2 adults and 2 children (9 years and one year). Large bathroom with very large shower, large kitchen equipped with everything you need (only the refrigerator is simple without a freezer) with open living space where there is a sofa bed and a single bed. The pool is super max 1.5 m, perfect for children and with a dream landscape. The only discomfort was the road at the beginning, we followed the Google Maps that took us on the shortest road but also very poorly paved on the slopes ... a road that only goats, sheep 🤭. Best ask for info for the road ar Christine. The hosts were very attentive and cooperative with everything you need, they even got us a baby table chair, thank you very much for your help it was very helpful. It's a perfect place for those who want to stay in the middle of nature, a place away from the noise of cars.

Good quiet location, super clean, easy parking on premises, warm pool, only minus some bees from nearby honey farm, we loved to play and feed little dogs Helena and Herakles:))

Olive's villa was a really great stay. It was very remote and peaceful so we felt in a little paradise. The pool was amazing and clean. The entire stay was fantastic and I believe it would still be extremely worth it if it was more expensive. A total steal! Thanks a ton guys. Good luck with the rest of the season

Quiet neighborhood with easy parking. The studio is clean, organized with all the essentials and tidy. It served the needs of my own and my dog's stay. I will definitely choose it again!

We had a great time although during the day we are out of the bed perfect quiet place. The only thing I would say to Mr. Koutsioumba as a host should have a welcome for his clients a juice ,a water for the first impression of the warmth how to join him and why he is not next to shops and one may not have thought of having something with him at that time. I would like to change the clothesline on the balcony because it is rusty and finally the towels are very hard unlike the sheets which are amazing.Tel nothing big some details that will make it perfect.Iwould definitely recommend it unreservedly.

The place was super clean, ultra-modern, full equipped, and great. It's right next to the central square however the apartment was very quiet. The host is very friendly, kind, and understandable. Anytime I called him for various information he responded immediately and willingly. I will definitely choose the same accommodation when I find myself in Komotini again.

Quiet, peaceful place. Located close to downtown. The house was clean and met our needs. Mr. Kotsoubas gave us a very warm welcome. It also has a Great balcony for coffee enjoyment in the evening!
