The center of Ellwangen is about 2.5 kilometers away and can be reached on foot in about 25 minutes. A supermarket with a bakery is about 1200 meters from the property. The Landesgartenschau 2026 is about 800 meters away on foot. In the bedroom there is a premium box spring bed with 180 x 200 cm.

Our vacation home has a living area of 70 sqm. It is located on the outskirts of the climatic spa town of Westerheim at an altitude of 823 m. There are commercial businesses in the neighborhood, but they cause little noise. The house is completely fenced in at a height of 150 cm. Hiking trails lead directly from the house, and in winter, when there is snow, a cross-country ski trail is also groomed. If necessary, another shower room on the 1st floor can be used, as can the large kitchen on the ground floor. The spacious property offers countless opportunities for barbecuing, playing and enjoying, as well as parking spaces with good access.

The separate bathroom with toilet is equipped with a bathtub. The house is in a small village surrounded by a lot of nature. Various hiking and cycling trails start here.

The property is located on the first floor of a 4-party house in a very quiet location in Abtsgmünd. The apartment has separate, direct access. On 120 square meters of living space and a large, Mediterranean-style garden with meadow, stream, fireplace, hot tub and large terrace, you can relax with your whole family. Pets are welcome. All shopping facilities can be found within a radius of about 800 m. In about 500 m you will reach the Laubach reservoir.
