The apartment is on the ground floor with its own entrance and a parking space directly in front of the door.

The apartment is on the ground floor of an old farmhouse, newly renovated and modernly equipped. Excellently located, between the Black Forest, Lake Constance and Alb. Ideal for 2 people. Living-bedroom with sitting area and double bed, blackout blinds. Fully equipped kitchen: Senseo coffee machine... Daylight bathroom with rainforest shower. The apartment is self-contained, we live upstairs and use the same entrance. The apartment is pet-free, but our cat lives in the house and garden.

The so called"Vogelhof" on the Harthöfe, which belongs to the city of Nusplingen, is rounded off by our active horse stable. All of our animals (horses, goats, chickens, ducks, cats and dogs) are kept according to our philosophy on the approx. 70,000 sqm farm. Our "Fini" vacation apartment in the attic of our "Urli House" has a bedroom for two adults (single bed/baby bed for one child also possible) as well as a living room. The "Fini" room has a sofa bed for two adults. Here, too, it would be possible to set up an extra bed, especially for a child. In addition, the "Fini" apartment has a bathroom and a kitchen-living room with a sitting area. Free parking around the house, storage facilities for bicycles or pedelecs.
