Hallstatt Lakeview House

Our house is in the heart of Hallstatt. The famous lake-street is in 1 minute walking distance, yet it is a very silent place to live in. The kitchen is fully equipped. The balcony is a real treat for summer nights viewing the silent lake. There is one master bedroom and and additional bedroom with 2 single beds (bunk bed). There is no need for a vehicle in town since everything is in walking or hiking distance (marketplace, shopping, ossuary of the chatholic church). A TV is available.

The old mill in beautiful nature overlooking the mountains has been lovingly renovated and with its 120 m² of living space comfortably accommodates 6 people. The house is quiet and alone and has a fully sunny, secluded terrace and a wild romantic garden by the stream. On the first floor there is a well-equipped country house kitchen, living room with fireplace, large dining table, cozy large sofa and TV corner. A total of 5 bedrooms and bathrooms, as well as a sauna and shower.

This old farmhouse has been lovingly renovated and modernized. Hundreds of years old wood meets modern elements. This place is therefore ideal for slowing down and relaxing. Our cozy, newly renovated house in Hallein is in a quiet location with its own entrance. It has a living area of 150 m² and can therefore accommodate groups or families of up to 8 people. The house is located 4 km from Hallein and only 7 km from the festival city of Salzburg and is easily accessible from the nearby bus stop ( 400 m ). For athletes Sports center Rif is 2 km from the house Parking places for your cars are available directly in front of the house.

The wonderful Salzburg lake area is approx. 20 minutes away. The world famous Salzkammergut is only 25 minutes away. The guests use the house completely alone. A large balcony invites you to enjoy the sunset. The garden invites you to play or relax and is protected from the eyes of the barn by a large hedge.

The home is situated in the heart of the village a short walk from the ski shop, nursery ski slope and all the restaurants. The main ski slope is only a five minute walk from the front door. There is a large open plan living space kitchen dinner living room. The home was designed by combining two apartments into one creating a 220 sq m of lateral space. Perfect for two to three families to she a wonderful summer or winter experience in the mountains.

Time out on the mountain. With us at the Alpeltalhütte at 1100 m, directly below steep rock walls and surrounded by forest and nature, you will find your perfect place for your time out. The Alpeltalhütte, which has existed since 1919, has been completely renovated by us and now offers six wonderful, modern apartments built with natural raw materials. Here you can walk right from the front door and start your adventure around the Berchtesgaden mountains.

In the middle of Schönau am Königssee, centrally located in the valley and at the same time in a quiet environment, you will find this special holiday home. Up to 6 people can be accommodated here. The house alone is pure holiday: relax on the glass-covered terrace and just admire the mountain peaks all around. Lake Königssee is a 20-minute walk. In the other direction, a footpath always leads along the river to the train station Berchtesgaden.

Relax in this special and quiet place to stay. The house is located right next to the catered Scharitzkehlalm and combines rustic coziness with modern amenities. The Scharitzkehl cross-country trail is right outside the front door. In winter, Grossarl has a state-of-the-art ski resort with beautiful downhill runs and deep snow slopes. Since our house is located on a hill at 2.5 km mountain road snow chains are recommended in winter.

A nice, large comfortable 80 sqm semi-detached house with terrace, balcony and garden about 100 m to the lake.
