Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Konkan Division

We lived with Roger for almost two months. Nice, big apartment, clean. The location is very convenient - there is a market and supermarkets nearby. The beach is 5-7 minutes by bike or car, 25 minutes on foot. The owner is very friendly! Great friendly neighbors. There is a laundry, bike and car rental. There is a church, cafe, hairdresser nearby. In general, we highly recommend it! We hope to stay here again next time. Thank you, Roger, Rocky, Kajitan.

We were a family group of 16 adults and 5 children. Had an amazing time at the venue. The venue is close enough to the beach but with small children , it also gave us an option of just chilling at home. The caretaker, Laxman, was outstanding. The approach into the venue is a bit challenging for cars to move in , but the owner had a parking place nearby. He even gave a two wheeler for us to move around. Overall, we had an amazing time and we would love to get there again.

The place was awesome and matches the description. Ac , geyser, kettle, linen , towels & bedsheet are were in good shape and working. Room has ample space to accommodate 5 people. Need to Request for toileteries like soap and handwash. Overall experience was worth value for money as sanket's mother was very welcoming and took care of all the request. Would like to visit again in future. Thanks.

It was a beautiful stay, a very peaceful location surrounded by mountains and the property is very well maintained.

We 5 friends had a great time in the 5 bedroom villa. The location is superb, very much out of the urban City and far from beaches, but alongside a beautiful river. It's perched on a hillock with a lovely view of the river. We could see Mopa airport in the distance from the villa. There's dense vegetation beside the property and we could hear peacock sounds, though not fortunate to see one. Lots of birds around the property. Though the food was not Goan in taste, it was good and the service was good too. This property is away from the main market and may not be suitable for couples but would be great for a large family or group of friends. Though we were 5 of us, we had a great time.

The villa is very neatly & clean, host is wonderful, all market place are near by, vegetarian food is must try, food is homely, 100% paisa vasool

Our stay at this beautiful property was nothing short of magical — photos honestly don’t do justice. The lush garden stretches like your own private landscape, and the serene lake-touch view is simply breathtaking. At night, the moonlight reflecting off the water creates the most peaceful and surreal setting. Sherna, our host, was incredibly responsive. A special heartfelt mention to Munshi and Sunita—this stay wouldn’t have been the same without them. Munshi, the ever-smiling and warm caretaker, made sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed, always around yet never intrusive. And Sunita… what a gem! Her food was honestly the highlight of our day, every single day. Home-style, packed with love, and absolutely delicious—every meal felt like a warm hug. She made us feel like family, not guests. It’s rare to find a place that feels so personal, peaceful, and cared for. I’d come back in a heartbeat.

The Hospitality was great. Food was even better. The place is very peaceful and would say good for a group. The Host is very friendly and would go out of the way to help you.

Went here for second time. Place was great and serene as always. The access road to the property is in good condition than last time. Host Shreyas was responsive and caretaker also took care of everything needed.

The stay at MDK was absolutely one of the best decisions ever. Right from the beginning, Amit was always available to answer any questions and was super accommodating. Our caretaker at the villa -Krishna, was very humble and kind. The food, ambience, hospitality, was super. I’d recommend this place to everyone I know. Sk brown stone villa It was a great stay. 1.Location: Near from mahabaleshwar yet very isolated from commercial part of this hill station. 2. Space: consists 5 bedrooms, huge hall and dining area. 3. Cleanliness: very neat and clean 4. Food : freshly cooked tasty maharashtrian food. Timely served! 5 hospitality: hosts were taking care of everything.

The villa was good with amenities but pricy at a point. We were the only guests in the Mohili Meadows CHS of about 10-12 villas. So it was kind of spooky but overall the care taker was very responsive and took good care of our needs. Villa was powered with inverter so we didn’t face any problem with ventilation and light. Although, it seemed like the villa was not used in long time so there was dust at many places. The caterer which served good was awesome in delivering delicious hot food on time. Also, took care of our orders which weren’t in the menu. It’s good if you want to enjoy a night with group of friends/family at one place.

Had an incredible experience! The host was exceptionally warm and helpful. I’d love to visit again. The view was breathtaking - especially at night with the fireflies lighting up the surroundings. And the food? Absolutely delicious!
