Loved the place , has its own vibe and magic happens at sunrise when you open the balcony door you would be mesmerised by the beautiful greenery and sea waves 🌊.

The stay at this place was so comfortable. felt like our home. All the facilities including a shpping mall and restaurant are available nearby. Online delivery services are also available . Perfect hills for evening walk and enjoy the beauty of nature. The host Prashant was so helpful and responsive. We enjoyed our stay.

Great place. Clean and well maintained with very good amenities. all teh delivery companies are able to spot the place easily without any issue. The locality is good with the phoenix mall very close by.

This place is worth every penny and felt right at home with beautiful view and all the extra amenities. The neighborhood is friendly and while you enjoy the luxury of the view still you wouldn't feel away or alone because it is right in the middle of the siolim with helpful neighbours. The host - Saksham was very helpful and cooperative and we would surely come back to this place. Highly recommend this place ❤️

The place is perfect getaway from the hustle bustle of life providing ample space to relax, chill and enjoy the nature from close. The location is a private house and blessed with scenic Valley view. The property owner Mr Janak is a great host. The cook Alka prepares very delicious meals including typical Gujarati dishes. The caretaker Ankush is a great person, and always available for support during our stay. The place also provides opportunity for a good morning walk and or run without any traffic hinderance. The property is old but bed linen and baths are well maintained with hot water and cleanliness in and around. Eventually it was a great family time for us accommodating 10 people in one place. We had great fun in playing childhood games and run around the property.

My stay at this lovely home was more than what I had expected. We were around 14 and the house was very spacious, so it made us feel comfortable from the beginning. Interiors were very thoughtful and had a personal touch. The surroundings are quiet, very beautiful and peaceful, perfect for a weekend getaway. Food was delicious too. The staff were very helpful and very polite. Overall an amazing experience. Note: Please adhere to the house rules and treat it well, as this house has a personal family-like touch to it.

We reached Goa early morning and we also contacted our hosts since the checkin was at 2pm and glad that they were very responsive and helpful!! And they also asked us to check in by 1 hour prior since we reached early, once we reached the stay me and my friends felt like a home!! The whole property is aesthetically designed with all the modern amenities which has pool and also a private garden. The villa is located in a peaceful location which was a plus point to a people like me to be away from the chaos! And whenever we needed something we used to reach out to our host and the response was highly quick and if any problem was arised, it was fixed in a short span!! Overall the stay was complete 10/10 recommendation to anyone looking for a peaceful stay, we all enjoyed it and it was quite difficult for us to leave this beautiful property at the end. And definitely would love to come back here again!!

It's the perfect place for stay with good ambience and good people to take care of you. Place is very neat precisely crystal clean. Good food is provided by the family of the care taker. You will feel as at home rather better than.

Swapnaja is a wonderful, friendly host who makes you feel right at home. She suggested us some great recommendations for local attractions. (Swapnaja, that coffee table book on Ratnagiri was wonderful.) She is a good cook too. My son especially liked the fish prepared by her. Overall, we had a great stay with Swapnaja. We will definitely visit again. 😊

The place was as it is the pictures. Everything is well maintained. The villa was clean and tidy. All the amenities were good as well. We enjoyed the stay. It was has a small lawn area where children can play and enjoy. The caretaker was good and helpful.

Rohit’s place is very nice, quiet and serene. Perfect for a getaway away from all the hustle bustle of city. It’s very homely and cute. It is a little difficult finding cabs but the valley views make up for it.

This is a perfect place for someone to stay who is returning to Bombay and wants to feel at home. Chuim Village is quiet and well located in Khar West, just a couple minute's walk from Carter road and a quick rickshaw ride away from Pali Naka. It's an old little neighbourhood tucked away from the main road, so it's very quiet for Mumbai standards. Old buildings are going to come with some dampness and mustiness, which went away when the AC was on, and otherwise the place was clean and comfortable. We really liked how easy it was to find it and get inside after a late night arrival. Amit was super helpful with details for our visa, a nice little welcome note and was always responsive. He even offered cleaning on our second day, and left us a great range of fruit to try. One thing is that it would be more comfortable if the curtains blocked out more light and gave more privacy.

I had a really lovely stay! The place was sparkling clean,it honestly felt like a home away from home. The location was super convenient and in a peaceful neighborhood. The best part, though, was the host—so warm, welcoming, and helpful throughout the stay. They made sure everything was perfect and even gave some great local tips. We had the most wonderful stay here! The place was exactly as shown in the pictures, actually, even better in real life. It looked like something right out of a Pinterest board—thoughtfully done up, full of charm and aesthetics, and every corner felt like it was designed with love. It was spotlessly clean and so well maintained. Truly a premium property in every sense. Salil was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout. I had mentioned that we were celebrating my baby’s first birthday, and to our surprise, he even sent over some sweets to make it extra special. It meant a lot! This place turned out to be everything I was hoping for and more. Honestly, we were so taken by the vibe that we didn’t feel like stepping out to explore much—just being indoors felt like a vacation in itself. Just know that this place is not close to any of the beaches or touristy spots—so plan accordingly. But if you’re looking to slow down and soak in a peaceful, beautiful space, this one’s a gem.
