It consists of two rooms, a kitchen, a bathroom and a large terrace. In the yard there is a parking space, barbecue and outdoor shower. Nearby is a shop, cafe bar and restaurant.

It does not have a beach and you need to have a car to move arround. All the interesting places to see are in range of 5-20 kilometers(beach Kostrena,Crikvenica,Opatija,Rijeka).Studio has a small indor place and a large outdoor area(terrace and garden).It is located in old city up the hill and you have 30 stairs to get to the apartment.

Great Apartment in perfect location. We stayed here for a week (2 Persons). You can park your car at the street or ar the property if you want to. Hosts are very kind and always there to give advice if needed. Communication, check in and check-out was excellent and well organized. The views from this spacious Apartment onto the bay are just amazing. We really enjoyed our time.

We really enjoyed our stay at Sanja‘s place! The house, grounds and pool were very clean. The kitchen was equipped with everything you need and the outdoor kitchen with the grill and pizza oven was awesome 😍 There were always a few herbs outside to cook with. There was really enough sunbathing area for everyone, both in the sun and in the shade. The bathrooms and rooms were very modern and the beds were comfortable. Sanja was always available via SMS or Whatsapp and always answered all of our questions very quickly and patiently. Nearby there is a baker, a post office, a small bar and a small shop. We would always recommend this lovely place! 😊 Thanks so much to Sanja and her husband!
