The apartment is a terrace house in Päölä, which was completed in 1939. It's about 13km to the center of Kotka and about 3km to Karhula. The apartment has been renovated into as original as possible and is furnished on a circular economy basis, mainly with Fittings designed by Waves. We wash the textiles with odorless detergents.

The parking space is in front of the door. During the summer time, guests will have access to the host's beach with swimming facilities.

The cottage is designed for small families and for small peaceful meetings. it is equipped with all amenities and it is suitable for year-round holidays. Rantakari cottage is located next to our main building right by the sea and there are large terraces and a private swimming dock in front of the cottage.

Near the Strömfors ironworks area we have a big house by Alvar Aalto office. One part of it is for rent. The house is about five minutes walk from the ironworks area. In Strömfors there are sights, services and activities. There are no kitchen, but it`s possible to make breakfast.
