The premises are suitable for 1-2 adults and can also accommodate 1-2 children. Please note: Pets are allowed, but their number is case-specific and must be disclosed at the time of booking. Nearby cities are about 1.5 h to Helsinki, 45 min to Kotka, 45 min to Hamina, 1 h 10 min to Lahti, 40 min to Loviisa. 40 min to the center of Kouvola.

Please read the full description before booking, thank you! This particular property is located in the city center. The sixth-floor apartment has a sea view of the bay. The house was built in 1948, just after the Continuation War. Information about its history is a bit difficult to find, but at some point the house has been inhabited by stevedores working in the nearby old port, and from that the house has been named the "stevedore house".

The apartment is located in the city center, in the heart of Kotka. Pasaati and many other brick-and-mortar stores are within walking distance. Vellamo and Kotka's beautiful parks, as well as Xamk, are also nearby. The apartment has everything you need to live. The apartment is worn but cozy. Sauna session when the apartment is booked on Saturdays from 6 pm to 7 pm.

Upstairs, there are 3 bedrooms: two with a 160-cm-wide double bed and one with a 120-cm-wide bed. Downstairs, a pullout sofa bed in the fireplace room. Travel cot for children available as well as a high chair and junior chair.
