Asunto sijaitsee ydinkeskustassa Kotkan sydämessä. Kävelymatkan päässä on Pasaati ja paljon muita kivijalka liikkeitä. Lähellä myös Vellamo ja Kotkan kauniit puistot, sekä Xamk. Huoneistosta löytyy kaikki elämiseen tarvittava. Asunto on kulunut mutta viihtyisä. Sauna vuoro huoneistolla varattuna lauantaisin klo.18-19.00.
