Beautiful cottage on the shore of Lake Kotolampi. An "off-grid" cottage electrified with a generator & solar panels, where remote working is also possible thanks to Wi-Fi and a separate computer screen. There are beds for a total of nine guests, you have all the comforts of the cottage from the sauna, the open-air bath, the huge terrace, the campfire places and the rowing boats. Your peace of mind is guaranteed, as there are no neighbors in the cottage. About 3 km away is a military training area, where you can sometimes hear explosions.

Nearby cities are about 1.5 h to Helsinki, 45 min to Kotka, 45 min to Hamina, 1 h 10 min to Lahti, 40 min to Loviisa. 40 min to the center of Kouvola.

The cottage is an ideal place to stay for four people, there are comfortable sleeping facilities in a double bed and a loft. The cottage is beautifully decorated and well-equipped to make you feel at home. You can enjoy the sea and nature, for example, while sitting on the dock or relaxing in the sauna.

The apartment is located in the city center in the heart of Kotka. Within walking distance is Pasaati and many other stone foot shops. Also close to Vellamo and Kotka's beautiful parks, as well as Xamk. The apartment has everything you need to live. Sauna shift in the apartment booked on Saturdays from 6 pm to 7 pm.

Cozy and affordable near the Ruukki area

Near the Strömfors ironworks area we have a big house by Alvar Aalto office. One part of it is for rent. The house is about five minutes walk from the ironworks area. In Strömfors there are sights, services and activities. There are no kitchen, but it`s possible to make breakfast.
