Appartement EOS 2ch - 4pers Residence Theia

minors under 18 not accompanied by at least one adult in the flat are not allowed rent on the island you will find bike hire, including electric bikes, 4 Atm, a shipping agency, an excursion agency etc... as a reminder, your stay is for rental only. Towels are changed every 2 days and sheets every 4 nights. You are responsible for cleaning. Cleaning on the last day is included, except for the dishes, which must be clean and tidy, the rubbish bins and the fridge, which must be emptied.

Our lovely summer-apartment is situated in chora a few hundred meters from the city beach, restaurants and cafés. It´s carefully furnished with design classics and has an amazing terrace facing the sea, along with two balconies. The kitchen is more than fully equipped with assorted home appliances and a dishwasher. There is also a washing machine. We live in Stockholm and visit Koufonisi during July every year, the rest of the summer we welcome others to enjoy our fantastic place.

It is located in a very quiet location which is ten minutes away on foot from the village. (Cement paved road, lit) .Kitchen for cooking and large sink in the outdoor area. On one terrace there is a double bed for sunbathing or sleeping with..... thestars!!!!!
