Holiday rentals with breakfast in Koukaki, Athens

I was very satisfied with my stay.

Clean accommodation and inside the apartment and outside the surrounding area. Very beautiful garden, very well maintained. Friendly and direct host, he was there for whatever we needed with a good mood. All those who offered services at the accommodation were helpful. Excellent location, very convenient for any activity, easy access everywhere, in the center of Athens, to museums, cultural sites, entertainment venues, restaurants. I highly recommend Marios' accommodation. I will choose it again.

Giota's got you covered! Wonderful place with even better host. Our family of four had everything we needed. Parking right in front of the door made carrying our language a breeze. Bravo to the host for the wonderful upkeeping!

This place truly is a hidden gem of Athens - the view alone is PRICELESS! Konstantinos has put a lot of effort into creating an electric experience at his place. It’s very large, has everything you could think of needing, very comfortable bed and a view that is spectacular, day and night. Don’t skip this spot!

Renovated apartment in excellent condition that perfectly matches what we were looking for to spend a night, 15 minutes' drive from the airport. Easy parking in front of the accommodation and several cafes a three-minute walk away. Kostas was a fantastic host who welcomed us very late at night despite the delay of our flight. He was always reachable and made sure we didn't miss anything. Thank you very much to him.

Fab place for the area. Lots of great restaurants in walking distance and easy to get to the metro by walking or bus. Lovely home with great space outside. It felt like home after just a few hours. Communication is incredible and Emmanuel was extremely supportive of sudden change or dates due to my fertility treatment there. Kitchen full with anything you need and fresh loaf of bread, milk and fruit were left for us on arrival. Washing machine in the basin extremely handy for anyone who is staying for a longer period. Highly recommend.

Marina is the perfect host, very helpful, good recommendations for finding a place to eat, a supermarket and public transport. Always reacted quickly, very friendly and supportive. The place is perfect for one person, clean, air condition working, huge balcony with nice view over the city, very quiet on a Sunday morning ;-), places to visit close by, e.g. 10 min walking distance to Athen Archaeological Museum. I can recommend this place and especially the host, definitely will come back next time I'm in Athens!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ A wonderful stay in Kolonaki We had a fantastic time staying in this beautiful apartment in Kolonaki. Everything was just right — the apartment is spacious, very comfortable, and impeccably clean. The living area was perfect for relaxing after a day out, and we especially loved the lovely balcony with a great view of the quiet street below. The location isn’t right in the middle of the tourist areas, but that’s actually what we loved about it — Kolonaki is full of charm, with excellent restaurants, art galleries, and a relaxed atmosphere. It felt like staying in a real part of Athens. The small touches made a big difference too — the host had left us some thoughtful snacks in the kitchen, which we really appreciated. We were super happy with our stay and would gladly return. Highly recommended!

Love our stay here! It is walking distance to everything but out of the hustle and bustle of the touristy areas. Apartment is super clean and functional - just like the photos. Would definitely recommend!

It is a unique and very charismatic home, spacious, has a great garden, great bed, great heating when needed. The area has a lot of stores of all sorts (food, pharmacies, clothes, jewelry...you name it). The bus station is very close. Communication with Timmi is great and the treats and advices provided were very appreciated. I have enjoyed the stay a lot so thank you very much.

This place was incredible. I stayed there with my husband and two daughters. The view from the living room and one of the bedrooms was amazing. The beds were comfortable. The one facing the water and the street was noisy but a pair of earplugs help me sleep through the night. And I woke up to the most wonderful view. I recommend this place highly. Dionisis was very responsive. His recommendation for dinner was great. He even gifted us a bottle of Hercules white wine! We had breakfast and delicious coffee just downstairs from our place. We will definitely stay there again next time we are in Athens!

Clean and tidy unit. Lots of pantry items available. Awesome.

The Heloni apartment was super nice, clean and modern and had all needed amenities. The host was great, communicated proactively and was very responsive. There are a number of great restaurants and bars in the immediate neighborhood.
