Apartment holiday rentals in Koukaki, Athens

The place was just as described, the view was amazing. It was in a perfect spot to walk to everything, safe, close to the metro and one of the best places we have stayed at. Hoping this spot is open when we come back to Athens. Check in and out was easy and welcoming. Σας ευχαριστώ!!!

This was a clean, nice place in a good location. I agree with previous comments about taking the garbage out. We had to walk the street with all of our luggage and garbage until we found a garbage can.

I was super nervous as this was my first time using Air BnB! Right from the start, Errika was extremely responsive and helpful. She even kindly offered to book a taxi for us so that we wouldn't have to stress about finding one upon our arrival. I was extremely grateful for that, and we took the cab driver's number and also booked him for our return journey. She left clear instructions on how to access the keys and there's also some printed info about Athens in the flat which we found super helpful. Errika's flat was perfect for me and my husband. We weren't there much as we were walking around the town most of the day, but it was reassuring to know that we had a safe, comfortable, clean flat to return to. The flat is around 25-30 minutes walk from the centre, but honestly, once you've done the walk one time, it becomes second nature. Very good air BnB we stayed for 5 nights and left the apartment satisfied with everything. Great rooftop terrace with a beautiful view, very clean and the bed was comfy and a good size. There is a good TV, clean and well styled bathroom, kitchen with everything you need, washing machine with a rack to dry your clothes (very helpful). The host gave a great recommendation for a beach locations which turned out to be the best day of the trip. Easy 5/5!

Location and presentation was even better than we imagined Loved the awning in the bedroom as I am a light sleeper and had the best nights sleep I’ve had in 50 days of travelling Our host was thoughtful a great communicator We would def stay here again

Highly recommend! Totally pleased with this apartment! Great space, clean and very welcoming. Great to have extra pillows for bed. We didn’t cook but kitchen is well stocked. Cris was very helpful and kind and the manual contained all instructions needed to make use of the apartment. Most of all, we loved the balcony with the Acropolis view!

This was one of the best places we have stayed. The arranged car service was so helpful and Miltos was an excellent host. He recommended so many amazing restaurants. The view from the terrace was spectacular and the location was right in the heart of Plakta, central to great restaurants and close to the Acropolis, which was helpful since it was really hot. Highly recommend!!

This was a stunning apartment in a vibrant neighborhood. The amazing view of the Acropolis was breathtaking and memorable. The bed was extremely comfortable and we felt right at home. We will definitely be booking this place again.

Good location, walkable to Acropolis and other attractions 15-20 mins walk. Apartment was beautiful, exactly as shown in the photos. Great restaurants nearby - our favorite was this taverna called Lolos that had the most amazing grilled sea bream. Check in and check out was very easy. We would recommend!

Place was close to restaurants, groceries and shopping. Clear instructions by the hosts. Very well setup place.

We had a fabulous stay for 10 days at Venice’s wonderful apartment. We loved the location with lovely restaurants, 2 supermarkets and bakery nearby. The apartment is comfortable, spacious and clean and tidy. Venice was lovely, she responded quickly to my inquiries and met us on checkin which was so nice. She left some milk and an array of snacks, drinks, condiments etc for us to use. We felt right at home and were sad to leave. Koukaki a perfect spot, far enough away from the busy areas of the Plaka etc but easy to walk most places. A metro and buses around the corner. Highly recommended.

The apartment was cute, comfortable, and in a great location! Renata was a super helpful and kind host; we had a blast in Athens exploring all the historical sites and Greek culture from this Airbnb! The Acropolis is about a 20 min walk from the apartment, and we enjoyed the beautiful sunset views from the apartment's patio. Be prepared to walk because most tourist attractions are a 20+ minute walk away from this location. The AC works great and felt so good coming back from a long day walking around the city. Would definitely recommend overall!

The stay in Ioannis’s apartment was excellent. Located in the Koukaki area, just a stone’s throw from the lively nightlife and very close to the metro for quick access to the city centre and more. The house is very well thought out with more supplies that you might need and Ioannis was always available for any issues that may arise. Would definitely recommend the place and would choose to stay in his apartment again.

Absolutely perfect stay! Stella was incredibly friendly and communicated clearly throughout. Everything was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and welcoming. Highly recommend!

Unreal. The most amazing place that we’ve had the chance to stay in absolutely loved it. It’s literally breathtaking and the hot tub with the view is a vibe. The view from this apartment may even be better than a lot of the best rooftop bars in Athens. Gina was awesome ❤️ She’s extremely helpful, kind, and she made an already awesome stay even better with her welcoming personality. Not enough great things can be said about this place we loved our stay I would highly recommend the place to everyone.

we loved our stay here. modern and clean, and plenty of space for 2 people! tons of good restaurants right around the corner. walking distance to metro and so many other things. it is 3 flights of stairs up, but the view of the acropolis is worth it!

A real lovely place to stay — feels lived in with some real unique pieces! Walking distance to a few eateries and cafes, as well as to the metro and to Philopappos hill. Pretty convenient location. Thank you for having us!

Arrived in evening & found entrance was at far end of road which was uphill. Taxis were on strike day we arrived after a 45 minute walk 😢. We should’ve caught the Metro. Keyless entry system worked fine. Wi-Fi worked well. Tried local restaurant the 1st evening, recommended & cheap. Apartment had all amenities except a microwave which we didn’t need. Spotlessly clean & & photos are accurate. Nice complimentary bottle of wine & water on arrival. Jacuzzi on patio was lovely. Text communication with Panagiotis was excellent & he messaged several times to ensure we were OK. Used local metro at bottom of hill which is great to get into central Athens & only €1.20 a journey. Uber is about €7. Breakfast in morning on back patio is lovely as sun rises with distant view of Acropolis. Nice to sit on front balcony at end of day watching sun set. Panagiotis was so helpful with any text communication. Would highly recommend.

This was a great place to stay for a handful of nights in Athens. There were many sights to see and great food within walking distance. It was also a great place to relax after an eventful day.
