We had the most wonderful staying with three families at this villa. The location is perfect, the views stunning and the villa is great.

This place is undersold. We‘re Struck by the beauty of the bay. Sure the kitchen and bathrooms have a 70’s look, but it’s functional and clean. It works perfectly. The pool area is great. The fact that it’s a saltwater pool makes it even better. The family had great gatherings outside and inside the house. The WiFi worked fine. All in all A perfect vacation. We’re coming back if we are allowed:)

Everything was excellent. The house was spotless and spacious and the pool area was fully organized, nothing was missing (sunbeds, chairs, bar, etc.). I highly recommend it. The owner was very helpful and available to us in everything we needed.

The views from the house were incredible! The house was big and lovely, especially the pool and other outdoor areas. It was off a dirt road, which made access a bit tough (some taxis would not go to it) but that is what provides privacy and the spectacular sunsets. Micheal, our host, was reachable and responsive. Kea was full of beautiful beaches, and warm and lovely people, especially Aglaia and Costas’ Table, a local cooking school, which we all highly recommend!

Elissavet is a wonderful host, very responsive and responsible. Unfortunately we did not receive the exact gps coordinates prior to trying to get to her place, so we struggled finding it, but she instantly solved this, when she realised we did not have the exact location. We took our family and our dog to the house and we had such a wonderful time. The house is nice to fit 6 people. The outside is perfect, the view, the various places to sit and relax, the outside dining area. I think we were the first visitors of the season. All the pillows had brand new covers. The kitchen was lacking a few appliances (4 table knives for 6 people), but that probably had to do with the start of the season. We really loved our stay and the helpful host.

We loved our stay! The villa is superb, very comfortable and with a breathtaking view of the sea. The welcome was perfect and the service was there throughout the stay - a housekeeper and a pool attendant were coming by every day. A big thank you to Alexia!

We enjoyed every second of the breath-taking views and tranquillity in Villa Olivis, the perfect place to decompress. The location is immaculate as this part of the island is full of olive trees and small farms, more lush in vegetation than the port side, and only a few minutes from the pretty village of Loulida and the beautiful secluded beaches of Sykamia, Kalidonychi and Spathi . This place is perfect for anyone looking to relax with friends or family, the layout of the villa is great as all bedrooms feel private, whilst the common areas are open planned. The house itself is clean, comfortable, nicely furnished and well equipped for families and friends’ holidays, and has lots of outside space, which we loved. We really appreciated the warm and precise communication; the host is professional and very friendly at the same time!

We had a very nice week at Anna’s house, the area and house were great, Anna was easy to join and reactive if needed.

Our stay at the house by the sea in Kea was truly memorable. From the moment we crossed the threshold, we realized that we had found the perfect destination for our family. The sea view was simply stunning. Every morning, we would wake up to the sound of the waves and the feeling of the salty breeze that fills us with positive energy. The sunny days we spent enjoying the sea from our terrace, while in the evenings we spent watching the sunset with admiration. The residence was exactly what we had imagined. The fact that it was by the sea and had a beautiful pool made it even more attractive. Our kids enjoyed endless hours of play by the pool, and their experience from the beach was just unsurpassed. It's worth noting that the house was spotless clean. Every corner reflected the attention paid to detail and care for the comfort of guests.

What a beautiful home! So nice we never wanted to leave - which is perhaps the only risk.. you won’t see as much of the island. But honestly, everything you need within 50 meters and the most wonderful hosts and help on hand. Hope to be back one day!

Position is perfect and the view from the infinity pool is magnificent specially when sunset. Despite we were there during 15th August which is the peak of the season was very quiet and there are 3 organisés beaches on walking distance I suggest for family looking to relax also place has a big bbq and fully equipped kitchen. U need a car to visit rest of the island and shopping. Ideal for charging batteries

We, two families of four, spent a week of our summer vacation at Silvia’s Villa. The house itself is very beautiful, so is its furniture, many of which handcrafted and unique. The uniqueness is actually everywhere, and mostly in terms of art pieces around the garden and in the house as well in terms of an amazing view, which changes colours and scenery through the day and according to the weather. Our kids between 12 and 14 years old played hours at the pool and when it the temperatures were high, the interior was still very comfortable. The outer space provided many different beautiful terraces to sit and have breakfast or at night have a drink. One needs a car to reach the house or drive to the beaches of Kea, many of which are by the way very nice, with sand and clear waters. We went diving as well, overall a great experience. Thanks Silvia and family for taking care of us, being so helpful and also flexible with the check-in and -out times! Much appreciated! See you again soon!

What a wonderful stay! Everything was arranged down to the last detail and so well taken care of and clean! From beginning to end, communication with Natassa was perfect! So much space and a lovely garden with swimming pool. With a rental car we were everywhere we needed and wanted to be! Really have a very enjoyable stay and we definitely want to come back!

It was fantastic with a wonderful view!!! It's really worth going. I will definitely go again!!!

This is our 4th time returning to Kea Island... Anna's villa is the best and most beautiful of the villas we have rented on the island. This villa offers an amazing spotlight and a view of the sunset. A very well-maintained flower garden with very nice corners to have an aperitif and especially to nap every day in the shade. In terms of amenities, everything was perfect! We didn't want for anything. The garden furniture is of very good quality that offer real comfort to lounge by the pool which is very well maintained. The pool is top notch! The villa is located on the heights of Kea (above Loulida) By scooter: 5 minutes from Loulida, 15 minutes from the port, 30 minutes from Koundouros etc... Anna is a "super host." A very nice person. She greeted us at the port and was kind enough to accompany us to the villa. We highly recommend the villa. WONDERFUL STAY!!! Thank you Anna

This is our second time staying at Villa Ioanna. We loved it so much last year and couldn’t believe our eyes when we got there. The location is amazing the view is breathtaking. The wonderful sunset on the sea and the 2 different verandas can offer you a different angle every night. We are a family of 5 with 3 children aged 10, 12 and 14, they never stopped talking about the villa in Kea, so we booked again to repeat the experience! Many memories made: playing by the pool, having breakfast at the table in the spacious and fully equipped kitchen with sea view, eating together outside enjoying fresh fish cooked on the barbecue enjoying the sunset. We explored the beaches nearby like Kampi and Poisses, they are all very beautiful with crystalline water and at the end of May they are very quiet with umbrellas available for free. We went to some restaurants and they were all very nice. Steven is a great host, his information are very clear and helpful. He was always very proactive.

Great hospitality. The house is simply great, perfect for two families. The view is fantastic and the house includes everything one could wish for whether it is inside or in the rest areas outdoor. The location is close to great beaches although it is a tough call to leave the cool house and pool.

We loved staying here - the house and gardens are beautiful and it was perfect for our family of four. Our children (ages 7 and 9) had lots of fun on the basketball court and in the play area, and we all loved swimming in the lovely pool and eating outside on the terrace. We didn’t end up using the pizza oven and BBQ facilities, but they also looked great. There is lots to do in the local area, including good restaurants in walking distance and lovely beaches just a short drive away. We spent time in Lavrio, in the Sounio National Park and at the amazing temple at Sounio, and it was also easy to do a day trip into Athens. Niki and Thanasis were very helpful and responsive and great hosts, welcoming us in person when we arrived, offering local recommendations and answering any questions that came up during our stay. As we left, our children asked when we can come back again, which is testament to what a lovely place it is!

The accommodation was exactly as shown in the photos,with all the amenities, beautiful sea view,the pool spotless and very communicative and friendly hosts! I would definitely recommend it and we will visit it again!
