Holiday rentals in Koxare

The villa was spotless, and everything was in perfect condition. A bit out of the way but with a car was the perfect spot; overlooking the sea and a 10 minutes drive to the nearest village and supermarkets. Really close to Kourtaliotiko gorge and waterfall. Overall was really impressed with this villa and would happily visit again!

I can’t recommend the apartment enough. It was the best equipped rental I have ever stayed in and the location is beyond fabulous. A few steps down to the beach, the views from the terrace, 2 mins away from a handful of great restaurants, a cafe right next door and 15 mins walk into the main town. It has everything for a relaxed stay but everything on your doorstep when you want it. The house is as the photos depict - stylish and luxurious. A stay here will not disappoint! Loved every moment of it and wonderful hosts.

A fantastic house with wonderful sea views and all the comforts! Tastefully decorated with good quality both indoors and outdoors. Very private location without visibility. Lovely balcony with pool, parasols and outdoor furniture. We were personally received in the house at the appointed time and were given a tour of the house and all its features, as well as a basket of specialties from Crete. Walking distance about 5-10 minutes to Plakias with shops and restaurants. The only thing we wished for was a few more hooks to hang clothes on.

We had a wonderful stay and truly appreciated the comfort and hospitality of the villa. Everything was perfect, and we felt very well taken care of.

We really enjoyed staying at the Fedra Suites. The appartement is nice, comfortable and nicely decorated. We enjoyed the terrace to relax with the nice view. It was quiet despite having neighbours in the appartement beside. Georgos was very responsive and friendly. There are good restaurants that can be reached by walk (2-4 min of walk distance). Also very close to Plakias (5-7 min by car). This area is much quieter than the north of the Island. It is really a nice place to relax and absorb the beauty of the sea and landscape. We really enjoyed staying at this place and hope having the chance to return there. Nathalie and Dominick

Absolutely loved it. Excellent. It has everything needed for a comfortable stay, including two bathrooms, wonderful and big terrace, nice outdoor kitchen with grill and brick oven. It is also really convenient to get around to Rethymno and southern beaches next to Plakias. You need a car though. Everybody in my family was really happy to stay here. Giannis even brought us additional kitchen utensils which we needed for cooking. Big refridgerator, big parking zone, spacious kitchen with a dishwasher. And the village itself is cosy and beautiful.

Our stay at the Moundros luxury villa was a perfect place for the five of us girls to feel like we are at a private retreat. It was easy to get around with a car and the hosts were very helpful when it came to any recommendations. the home was super nice and clean and had the best views. the restaurant down the street is absolutely delicious. Meatballs and stuffed mushrooms were my favorite but you can’t go wrong with anything! We were able to easily explore the other parts of Crete and got the best of the mountain side and the city side. would highly recommend staying in this villa!

Olive Forest Villa is stunning. A real home from home. Stavros went out of his way to ensure we had a brilliant holiday, genuinely going above and beyond. We had a 5 star holiday and not one element of it could be graded as less. It's easy to write about this property and just how great the home is, how beautiful the location is as well as how friendly and welcoming the people of Koxare are. What is difficult is ensuring I do it justice in my words. The house is immaculate with all the mod cons you could wish for. The welcome pack is most amazing one we've ever seen including food grown by Stavros. Throughout the entire holiday, nothing was too much trouble when we contacted Stavros. We had no issues with the house, but asked lots questions on the surrounding area or restaurants etc. which were answered instantly and knowledgeably. When we left, we felt like we were saying goodbye to friends not a property host and neighbours. Our holiday was perfect.
