「ホテルニューハイオク」 神戸駅のほど近くにある、街の一角にひっそり佇む古びた雑居ビル。そこに、長い間使われずに廃墟化したスペースがありました。 一見、役目を終えたその場所にポテンシャルを感じ、目をつけたのが、神戸を拠点とする「廃屋再生建築集団」西村組。 そんな彼らが「都会の秘密基地」をコンセプトに作り上げた「泊まれるアートなホテル」が、2023年8月オープン。 総面積は93㎡。3階建ビルをまるまるリノベーション。 ※ホテル部分は2階、3階＆屋上 2階はリビングスペース、3階は寝室の独立構造のため、カップルはもちろん、ご家族やグループでも用途に応じて広々と使うことが可能です。 内装はコンクリートの質感を活かし、天井を抜いた開放的な空間。外観の古さからは想像もつかないお洒落なデザインで、あなたの感性を刺激します。 巨大な一枚板を使用したアイランドキッチンも完備。小規模なイベント会場としても最適です。 特筆すべきは開放的な屋上スペース。都会の喧騒を遠くに眺めながら飲むモーニングコーヒーは最高です。 都会の片隅で非日常な時間を楽しめる、そんな特別な神戸体験をしてみませんか？

Artist's house in Kyoto with a big cypress bath

I am an Artist / Photographer born in Kyoto I started hosting because I love meeting people from all over the world and making new friends. This place used to be one big guesthouse, but during Covid19, I have stopped running the guesthouse and I moved in with my wife and 2 kids. Still I didn't want to give up so I left the good parts. Private cypress bath and renovated rooms and made another entrance for the Guests. So now it is 2 separate house Please check the house rules before you book.

A newly renovated machiya town house with typical layout and a small garden, retaining the tradition of Naramachi - the old merchant town of Nara. Easy access via bus and train, supermarket, restaurants, convenience store, bakery, and a Japanese bath house just minutes away. This house belonged to a famous wood carver of "ittobori" - a traditional Nara technique of carving the wood. A projector and a record player will make your stay even more pleasant. Enjoy!

およそ築100年、大正時代の本格日本家屋のゲストハウスを一棟貸し切りして頂けます。 気兼ねなく、奈良に暮らすようにゆっくりお過ごし頂けます。 奈良公園のすぐ側、近鉄奈良駅まで徒歩約10分。 早朝や夕暮れの静かな時間の散策も容易です。 4名様まで同料金です。最大9名様までご宿泊頂けます。 格子の窓や茶室、縁側、中庭、大正時代に建てられた日本家屋は趣で魅力いっぱいです。 中庭に面した掘り炬燵のあるリビングでゆっくり団欒して下さい。 キッチンは、IHコンロ、電子レンジ、トースター、冷蔵庫、ポット、調理道具などが揃っています。 みんなで料理して、庭を見ながら掘りごたつでお鍋を囲むなど、楽しくお過ごし下さい！ トイレとシャワールームは二か所ずつございます。 ホテルのような設備はございませんが、懐かしい情緒とゆっくりお過ごし頂けると幸いです。 お部屋は寝室だけで合計6部屋ございます。 人数に合わせてご用意させて頂きます。 部屋割りなどにご希望がございましたらご連絡下さい。

[Tabitabi Shinsen] is a traditional two-storey machiya , which was built in the Taisho era with more than one hundred years history. The name Shinsen comes from one of the oldest famous courtyard in Kyoto during Heian Period, "Shinsenen", which is located near our house. Here, you can experience the original and traditional Japan and the ingenuity of combining modern elements with traditional craftsmanship.
