Holiday rentals with a hot tub in Köyceğiz

Hard to fault this beautify location and home in the hills over looking fethiye. Over the 8 nights stay our only complaint was a loitering sewage smell from kitchen sink on the last few windy nights. Otherwise it was outstanding. Thank you. Could do with a welcome pack with tea, sugar and washing powder and we soon ran out of toilet roll but the store is just down the hill. We would have cleaned more if there was any cleaning products. Small suggestion would be more hangers in the wardrobes to utilise all the extra hanging spaces you have. Looking forward to returning again when there is more ambient lighting and some colour on the walls as it’s still too plain and new and gave off hospital vibes. We thought the pillows were too thick and we found them uncomfortable so suggest 2 thinner pillows would be better. We can’t wait to return

We stayed in this lovely villa for an unforgettable week. The tranquility of the place and discreet neighbors helped create a soothing atmosphere. The pool, a real gem of the property, made the happiness of our children who made the most of it. We were warmly welcomed by the owner who generously advised us on the best outings to do in the area. Her kindness was even more memorable when we encountered a problem the day before we arrived , and she was quick to help us. In short, we highly recommend this house where the owner stands out for her exceptional helpfulness and kindness. A big thank you also to the gardener for his discreet work.

We were 5 people, and we had a dog. We were greeted by Ms. Gülay in a very friendly manner. Our questions were answered quickly. The house had everything we could need. The house and the pool were more than enough. Everything was clean. Thank you for everything.

This is the best house I've ever had in my life, I'm sure it will be much better than you expect. The location of the house is a little difficult, if you have a car, this house will be perfect for you, but it is difficult without a car. Other than that, the pool of the house was also beautiful and clean. I loved the house, we had a lot of fun with our friends. I'm sure I'll be back here again. Luckily for us, the price was reasonable because we booked it on an empty day, but even if it wasn't, the price is worth the performance. There was almost nothing missing in the house, whether it was kitchen utensils or cleaning supplies. If you have a car and you don't mind driving, I highly recommend this house. The size, garden, pool, furniture and decoration of the house were good. Each room has air conditioning and a bathroom. There is enough equipment in the kitchen. The garden is spacious and beautifully landscaped. We had a pleasant and peaceful holiday for 5 days. It's a little far from the center on foot, but if there's a car, it doesn't matter.

We had the most wonderful stay at Villa Cozy, Ihsan and his family were so attentive and even gave us a welcome cake. The property was spotless and in a good location with a bar opposite and a small supermarket about a 3 min walk away. Easy walk into town about 8 mins. The villa is stunning and had all the facilities you could possibly need, we cannot recommend this villa enough and will be back next year! Thank you!

Perihan was very helpful when our booking with Vrbo got cancelled a week before departure and managed to get us booked in at short notice, she also sorted our transfers out, Perihan is a lovely host and messaged us throughout the stay to make sure everything was ok.

In Dalyan, we met Mr. Tali as a result of the reservation we made at the last moment. The house was extremely spacious, clean, convenient. The central location, the lack of parking, the usable pool were extra beauties. We can't wait for our next reservation in advance.

It was a perfect stay experience for🤩 4 of us and the house was perfect in every way. Especially the large pool and the view were really breathtaking, the garden was bigger than it looked, we drank coffee against the view in the morning, it was a pleasure to have a barbecue by the pool at noon and cool off in the pool in the evening. The house was very clean and comfortable. Ms. Bedriye was available at any time, caring and friendly; she helped us with everything. An ideal place to relax and have a good time. We recommend it to everyone with peace of mind, we have already started planning the next summer vacation 🤩😇

The location is good, not far from the center but quiet, the place is clean and the garden/pool are also well kept. Good value.

The host is very responsive and accommodating helped with our every query and even left wine in the fridge for us which was a lovely personal touch. The villa itself and surroundings are absolutely beautiful with gorgeous views which you don't get from the pictures, it is also very quiet and peaceful. The villa is well equipped with everything you need for a holiday. it's Very private and secure villa, we loved this as we like to keep ourselves to ourselves. The garden, pool area and villa is bigger than we expected great for little children too as there is a swing, seesaw and rocking horse in the garden. Our little girl loved playing on these like having her own park at home. We all loved the pool and relaxing on the balcony in an evening with a cocktail or 3 taking in the views. The kings Tombs can be seen from the balcony also. The town is a short walk away and the boat trip to turtle beach is amazing. We Highly recommend this stay Laura, Ross and family thank you

We stayed at Ergun's place as 3 families (6 adults and 4 kids) and all of us were very happy about our stay. The house was better (and even bigger) than we expected. It was very clean, and full of amenities. We loved the BBQ area (separate from the house) with its own dishwasher, range, small fridge and a large table. Kids enjoyed the swing, the hammock and the orange trees in the back yard. Ergun took care of the pool every other day and he was very responsive throughout our stay. He recommended a wonderful boat for a day tour, a breakfast place we loved and even an other place to say for visiting friends. Overall, we are very satisfied with our stay and could not recommend our super host Ergun more.
