Cozy Home Close to All Amenities

Our house is in the Zeytinalanı neighborhood of Köyceğiz. It is one hour away from Marmaris and Fethiye and you can go in half an hour; Gocek, İztuzu beach, Ekincik, Gökova, Akyaka, Sarıgerme, Dalaman airport, Akbuk, Dalyan Kaunos. In this sense, it can be called the most central location of Muğla. You can also visit our house on the Muğla-Fethiye highway to relax on the way. You can light a barbecue in the garden and enjoy our terrace. Happy holidays :)

Villa on the hill

The whole group will be comfortable in this spacious and unique space. This villa is located on a hill in the nature amongst many trees and is overlooking the picturesque Gökova plain. Although it is isolated nicely it is very easy to reach. There are 3 large en-suite bedrooms and another bedroom with 2 single beds in the house. An additional bathroom is also available for common use.

Luxury Private Villa, Very Near The Dalyan River.

Our villa is just opposite the Turay hotel with 4 bedrooms with 3 shower. Sleeps up to 8 people. We have a lounge and loundry room, our private pool is salty system which is more healthy. Full equipment kitchen, lovely mountain view. Only a few steps to the Dalyan River. You can walk in to town center only in 7-8 minutes.

Villa Yalılı

On the banks of the Dalyan River, in a 10-minute walk from Kaunos. 35 min by minibus boat to Iztuzu Beach. Sultaniye Hot Springs 12 km Ekincik Bay 30 Km I have two houses in the same location. The pier is shared.
