Mr. Vahit is a very helpful and caring host. Nil House, on the other hand, is very close to the center of Göcek, with beautiful roads and a peaceful place. When we entered the house, it was clean and exactly as in the photos. If you happen to be there, I highly recommend you to stay, it is a place we would like to visit again.

A new villa the items inside were new and clean, the villa stayed for 9 people and we very much enjoyed the pool was clean, daily maintenance was done. Due to the location of the villa, there is a market just opposite the beautiful localization. 200 m away is the street of bars. Iztuzu beach 15 min by car We are very satisfied. Mr. Ramazan and his family are very sweet, warm and humble people. We felt like we were at home. If you have a car, it's right in the middle of the sights. The house was very clean and tidy. The house had everything you could need. Thank you so much.

Everything was as it appeared in the photos. If there is a place in the center in terms of location, you can see many places with a 10-minute drive. It was a useful house among the citrus trees. Everything is available in the house, just bring food and drink. I was wondering if there was anything in the kitchen. The bedrooms and lounge had air conditioning. The garden is great for children, a certain part of it is just the grass. We really enjoyed it. A place where you can relax and see. & Thank you for everything

The house and pool were great. The necessary precautions were taken by looking at the marble. Clean beds , furniture, everything from cleaning products to furniture was brand. In my experience, in rental houses, pots are usually burned and bad, I have a hard time cooking, very old items are put into service. But Yağız's kitchen was great. There were different sauces. We used 😋one of them, the only thing missing is the garden swing. It would be great to watch the moonlight at night. Koycegiz cordon was 10 minutes walking distance. We almost never left the house because we loved the house.😃

Mr. Armağan is a very kind and thoughtful host, everything in the house was thoughtfully considered and prepared. It was also very kind of him to call to get our feedback and comments. It was a beautiful house that we would want to go to again and again.

Great house and just as nice host. Ms. Kadriye and her husband are so nice that they helped us with everything. The house is sparkling clean. So far I have rented more than 15 homes in different countries. The cleanest was Ms. Kadriye's house. Better than most 5 star hotels. In terms of location, it is in a strategic location right in the middle of many bays and attractions. when it comes to the house amenities, the house has all the amenities. The kitchen has everything you need. There are fresh towels and slippers. Each room has air conditioning. The house is very new. Highly recommend. Worth every penny you give

A very great, quiet holiday in a natural environment. Ula is an outgoing small town with friendly people and a nice history. The host Mehmet and his family were great hosts who were always available and enriched our vacation, with their recommendations (the family owns a super delicious place in Marmaris and recommended us a boat tour in Akyaka). The pool was cleaned 2x weekly and the entire place was very clean and minimalist to the essentials, which made everything much easier. The center was within 15 minutes walking distance. Here, visitors can expect small, cute shops and parks that are busy until late in the evening. You will be very warmly welcomed, the food is local and delicious. On Fridays it has a market where you can buy cheap and regional fruits and vegetables. Cities such as Muğla, Marmaris and Akyaka are very easily accessible by car and have many beautiful sights.

This is a wonderful villa! Very comfortable, cozy, and private, with a nice pool and thoughtful details. All communications with the host were smooth and easy. Absolutely recommended!

We had a very pleasent reception at Kutays house-his parents were waiting for us and his mother even baked a cake. Very lovely people. We did not meet Kutay, but we could reach him any time and he responded very fast. The house is cozy and very well equipped. The beds are comfortable and you can enjoy a nice garden with a pool, sunbeds and different terraces/balkonies. There are a few things you should be aware of: The house is not in a walking distance to a shop or market in Dalyan so we would recomend a car or bikes. You should like cats or at least not hate them, because there are quite a few and they are used to be pampered! Because of the mature garden there are many mosquitos (which is common in Dalyan) so you should bring/buy insect repellant.

The atmosphere was perfect, we really enjoyed the pool night lighting swing and garden. Located in a village, 20 minutes to Akyakaya on a neat road by car. Gill and his wife Mark were very friendly and welcoming 😊

8 friends, we had a great time. The neighbors and the village people were very friendly. When 8 people came out on the road we went out with 6 people, the host Mr. Aydin helped us a lot. The house is very convenient, close to everywhere. The garden pool is very good. We would like to thank Mr. Aydın for his interest and kindness.

It was a clean, beautiful, peaceful house where we had a nice time as a family, we were all very pleased, everything was thought of, they quickly found a solution to the slightest problem, it is a house that we liked very much and we can come again

First of all, our host was very helpful, he helped us immediately when we had problems in everything and he responded immediately when we wrote. The house was in nature and very clean. Our pool was also very clean. It was a very nice villa in the greenery. Our check-in was easy. We were very pleased with everything. We thank the host. ☺️

clean, quiet, peaceful place

Ayhan s place is absolutely stunning, in the most beautiful setting. I would not hesitate to recommend this gorgeous home..though you will need a car. Around half an hours drive from Dalaman and situated up on the hills. Extremely well laid out , with a very large balcony on the terrace for Al Fresco breakfasts, brunch, outside barbecue, a fantastic pool , really pretty, lush garden , with even a sweet tortoise to say hello too.. The beds were extremely comfortable. with plenty of wardrobe space. Bathrooms were also spotless. Kitchen had absolutely everything you could possibly need and a utility room was most useful. I would not hesitate to highly recommend Ayhan s place . It really is a slice of perfect paradise. We shall definitely return. 5 star plus host!! Plenty of Air con. The host, Ayhan was an exceptional host, both before and during our stay. Incredibly, responsive, informative , friendly and kind.
