Lovely quiet place. I was there for 12 days and Faysal and his wife are lovely. Beautiful place, simple and basic but great size with lovely balconies… the pool is great and the breakfast is lovely. Faysal is a really wonderful host. He waited up for me as I was late and gave me some food as I had nothing to eat. Lovely place! Thank you

Myself and my partner have just returned from a 11 night stay with Kerem and his wonderful mum I have stayed in many hotels in the past and this felt the most like a home to me. Everyone involved were lovely and the addition of Maya, Petra and Yoda (the dogs) made it extra special. location was amazing, breakfast was delicious and our room was bright and airy. lovely swimming pool and we also had the use of their kayak if we wanted. Watching loggerhead and Nile turtles whilst having breakfast is heaven. Felt so comfy and Kerem is such a genuine and kind host. I will definitely stay their again as everything was perfect and I have come home feeling peaceful and stress free! Thank you Kerem, Mum and all of your staff and friends for making us so welcome!

Kerem's B&B is in the best (and quiet) place in Dalyan right in front of the beautiful Lycian royal tombs. It is a super nice and tastefully arranged accommodation where you immediately feel at home. With a wonderful garden (directly on the river) and swimming pool, you can completely relax. The delicious breakfast (made by Kerem's sweet mother) is also great. I have been there for the third time now and will definitely come back! Highly recommended, although I hope it remains a bit of a 'best kept secret' ;-).

The hotel is absolutely wonderful. It is situated directly on the River opposite the tombs. It has a very intimate feel without being overbearing. Kerem is extremely kind and generous, and is genuinely passionate about you having a great stay. He has brilliant recommendations and is always happy to talk. The breakfasts are amazing and something I'd definitely recommend trying, if nothing else to see the views in the morning and feed the turtles in the river. The public boats can pick you up from the hotels jetty, and take you in to town or to the beach. The hotel is located a stones throw from the main strip, but is also extremely quiet and set back from the busy streets. Overall we had an amazing time and would love to return.

Owner, super nice staff, warm and smiling… with beautiful values and super welcoming. We immediately felt welcome. Just like home. Water and hot drinks at will. The best view thanks to their location facing the water and especially facing the mythical tombs. Their vegan breakfast is a pure delight for the eyes and for the taste buds. Everything is organic and homemade… Their recipes are just exceptional. We had lunch and dinner there because their cooked dish surpassed all the restaurants in the city… full of love and finesse in their delicious cuisine and all without any animal suffering. The trompe l'oeil was breathtaking. Omelettes, cheeses, DELICIOUS scrambled eggs. All guests are accepted as they don't care about their origin, sexuality, etc. They love animals. I would sincerely recommend it without so much as a second thought to all my friends. A beautiful example of kindness and tolerance. We'll be back for sure!!! Thank you for EVERYTHING

Very peaceful round the pool & quiet location. Lovely breakfast on the river with stunning views. Kerem always on hand & helpful with any questions.

Mr. Mustafa and his staff were very caring, friendly and helpful. Quiet, tranquil place with no crowds. The garden and pool are very nice. You can sit and relax in front of your room or by the canal. Their breakfast is delicious and attentive. While it's not exactly in the center, it's pretty close.

Mavi Apartment is a new, well-furnished property with a lovely pool. The host was kind and helpful, guiding us on what to do in the area. While the apartment had very basic toiletries compared to other Airbnbs we’ve stayed in, the overall experience was pleasant. The town has so much to offer, so it’s worth planning your trip with a full itinerary. One tip—carry insect repellent, as there are quite a few bushes nearby.

Exactly as described, we can't wait to go back to Gaia Koru in Dalyan. Peaceful, great service, beautiful place, nice walk to restaurants and the main town. Very relaxing place to stay for 2 weeks. Sit on your terrace or sit by the river or sit by the pool or at the bar. Pool is excellent and saltwater, plenty of room for 4 bungalow occupants. Friendly owners and staff who can't do enough for you, just ask. Bungalows have very comfortable bed, blackout curtains, great shower/bathroom, very good aircon, Wifi good. Breakfast is lovely at roughly 9-11am. Other food available during the day and late-night beers. Its about 20 mins walk to main Dalyan town but no need to go that far, lots of lovely evening riverside restaurants. Mind the mosquitoes. Would thoroughly recommend and we can't wait to go again.

Wow ! What an amazing little complex.. so peaceful and quiet and very well taken care of. The apartment was amazing and so clean! The host were fantastic and very accommodating, they even took us into town on our first morning for breakfast. The surroundings are beautiful we loved our stay here. We will definitely be back in the future x

Lovely place to visit, we stayed for 3 nights. The hotel is surrounded by garden with lots of nature, its fruit trees are used to make fresh juice for visitors. It also has a decent sized pool with basketball hoop and plenty of sunbeds. It’s run by a friendly and helpful team, was a pleasure getting to know them over our stay. On arrival they greeted us well and were attentive throughout. Highly recommended if you are looking for accommodation thats close to town but maintains a peaceful environment.

First of all, I would like to thank the host, Ms. Zerrin. The accommodation, neighborhood, pool and the cleanliness and layout of the rooms (bathroom, kitchen, living room) were all in place. When we wanted to barbecue, there were barbecues and other things available. It was also very appropriate to have air conditioning in each room. The only issue I can criticize is that if there were no Flies and Mosquitoes outside, not inside the room or the Building, I think it would be appropriate to focus on this issue and spray frequently. Thank you again for everything, Ms. Zerrin and her team.
