Great stay at Ilknur house! She and her son Hassan are very nice and you feel like home. Room confortable as the pictures and nice breakfast in the terrasse with beautiful views :) thanks a lot!!

Lovely quiet place. I was there for 12 days and Faysal and his wife are lovely. Beautiful place, simple and basic but great size with lovely balconies… the pool is great and the breakfast is lovely. Faysal is a really wonderful host. He waited up for me as I was late and gave me some food as I had nothing to eat. Lovely place! Thank you

Myself and my partner have just returned from a 11 night stay with Kerem and his wonderful mum I have stayed in many hotels in the past and this felt the most like a home to me. Everyone involved were lovely and the addition of Maya, Petra and Yoda (the dogs) made it extra special. location was amazing, breakfast was delicious and our room was bright and airy. lovely swimming pool and we also had the use of their kayak if we wanted. Watching loggerhead and Nile turtles whilst having breakfast is heaven. Felt so comfy and Kerem is such a genuine and kind host. I will definitely stay their again as everything was perfect and I have come home feeling peaceful and stress free! Thank you Kerem, Mum and all of your staff and friends for making us so welcome!

Kerem’s B&B ligt op de beste (en rustige) plek in Dalyan recht tegenover de prachtige Lycische koningsgraven. Het is een superfijne en smaakvol opgezette accommodatie waar je je direct thuis voelt. Met een heerlijke tuin (direct aan de rivier) en zwembad kom je helemaal tot rust. Ook het heerlijke ontbijt (gemaakt door Kerem’s lieve moeder) is top. Ik ben er nu voor de derde keer geweest en kom absoluut terug! Enorme aanrader alhoewel ik hoop dat het een beetje een ‘best kept secret’ blijft ;-).

The hotel is absolutely wonderful. It is situated directly on the River opposite the tombs. It has a very intimate feel without being overbearing. Kerem is extremely kind and generous, and is genuinely passionate about you having a great stay. He has brilliant recommendations and is always happy to talk. The breakfasts are amazing and something I'd definitely recommend trying, if nothing else to see the views in the morning and feed the turtles in the river. The public boats can pick you up from the hotels jetty, and take you in to town or to the beach. The hotel is located a stones throw from the main strip, but is also extremely quiet and set back from the busy streets. Overall we had an amazing time and would love to return.

Propriétaire, personnel super sympas, chaleureux et souriant… avec des belles valeurs et super accueillant. On se sent de suite les bienvenus. Comme chez soi. Eau et boissons chaude à volonté. La plus belle vue grâce à leur emplacement face à l’eau et surtout face aux mythiques tombeaux. Leur petit déjeuner vegan et un pur régal pour les yeux et pour les papilles. Tout est bio et fait maison… Leur recette sont juste exceptionnelle. Nous avons dîner et souper la bas car leur plat cuisiné on dépassé tous les restaurants de la ville… plein d amour et de finesse dans leur délicieuse cuisine et le tout sans aucune souffrance animal. des trompes l œil a coupé le souffle. Des omelettes , des fromages, des œufs brouillés SUCCULENT. Tout hôtes sont acceptés tel qu’ils sont peut importe leur origine, leur sexualité,… Ils aiment la animaux. Je le conseillerai sincèrement les yeux fermés à tous mes amis. Un bel exemple bienveillance et de tolerance. On reviendra c est certain!!! Merci pour TOUT

Super séjour à Dalyan chez Kerem ! La terrasse offre une vue magnifique sur la rivière et sur les tombes lyciennes, le petit-déjeuner et le dîner sont délicieux, la chambre est accueillante et propre, les gérants sont très sympas et attentionnés (ils nous ont même prêté leur kayak pour une petite balade matinale)... encore merci pour cette parenthèse paisible dans notre voyage :)

Mustafa Bey ve çalışanlar çok ilgili, güleryüzlü ve yardımseverdi. Kalabalık olmayan sessiz, sakin bir yer. Bahçe ve havuzu çok güzel. Odanızın önünde veya kanal kenarında oturup dinlenebilirsiniz. Kahvaltıları lezzetli ve özenli. Tam olarak merkezde olmasa da oldukça yakın bir noktada.

Mavi Apartment is a new, well-furnished property with a lovely pool. The host was kind and helpful, guiding us on what to do in the area. While the apartment had very basic toiletries compared to other Airbnbs we’ve stayed in, the overall experience was pleasant. The town has so much to offer, so it’s worth planning your trip with a full itinerary. One tip—carry insect repellent, as there are quite a few bushes nearby.

Exactly as described, we can't wait to go back to Gaia Koru in Dalyan. Peaceful, great service, beautiful place, nice walk to restaurants and the main town. Very relaxing place to stay for 2 weeks. Sit on your terrace or sit by the river or sit by the pool or at the bar. Pool is excellent and saltwater, plenty of room for 4 bungalow occupants. Friendly owners and staff who can't do enough for you, just ask. Bungalows have very comfortable bed, blackout curtains, great shower/bathroom, very good aircon, Wifi good. Breakfast is lovely at roughly 9-11am. Other food available during the day and late-night beers. Its about 20 mins walk to main Dalyan town but no need to go that far, lots of lovely evening riverside restaurants. Mind the mosquitoes. Would thoroughly recommend and we can't wait to go again.

Wow ! What an amazing little complex.. so peaceful and quiet and very well taken care of. The apartment was amazing and so clean! The host were fantastic and very accommodating, they even took us into town on our first morning for breakfast. The surroundings are beautiful we loved our stay here. We will definitely be back in the future x

Lovely place to visit, we stayed for 3 nights. The hotel is surrounded by garden with lots of nature, its fruit trees are used to make fresh juice for visitors. It also has a decent sized pool with basketball hoop and plenty of sunbeds. It’s run by a friendly and helpful team, was a pleasure getting to know them over our stay. On arrival they greeted us well and were attentive throughout. Highly recommended if you are looking for accommodation thats close to town but maintains a peaceful environment.

Öncelikle Ev sahibi Zerrin Hanım'a çok teşekkür ediyorum. konaklama yeri ,muhit, havuz ve Odaların ( banyonun mutfağın Oturma odasının )temizliği ve duzenii tam yerindeydi mangal yapmak istediğimizde de mangal ve diğer seyler mevcuttur Her odada klima olması da çok yerindeydi. Tek eleştirebileceğim konu odanın ya da Binanın içinde değil ama dışarıda Sineklerin Sivrisineklerin olmasaydı bu konunun üzerine durulması ve sık sık ilaçlama yapılmasının yerinde olacağı kanaatindeyim tekrardan her şey için teşekkür ediyorum Zerrin Hanım ve ekibine
