A peaceful residential area completely away from noise. It has a 50 m2 private pool. The use of both houses belongs to the tenant. We also own the Hotel Gümüşlük. On the upper floor of the apartment, there is a terrace with a Lebiderya sea view for your exclusive use The apartment consists of a living room, (160x200 cm visco bed for 2 people), bathroom/WC, open kitchen, and balcony. It is approximately 50 square meters. Since the location of our site is on a hill, it is recommended to come by car.
