Ilias' house is wonderfully quiet, away from the tourist hotspots, but still close enough to all the sights. For our young children, there were extra toys. The kitchen is fully equipped. And the outdoor area was just wonderful for relaxing. Ilias provided us with vegetables and wine. The only negative point was the many mosquitoes that somehow made it into the house despite extensive protection on windows and doors. We will be happy to come back if we come to Kos again.

We had a delightful and memorable stay in touch with nature with its peaceful garden. The amenities in the house are quite sufficient, clean and quiet, within walking distance to the center. There is a private car park for the vehicle.

Eda is very friendly and she was quick to respond to messages. She was very caring. Her parents are very sweet people. They invited us to breakfast (the meal lacked bird milk). Her mother was very friendly. On the way back, they dropped us off at the airport for an affordable price. & Thank you for everything Located in the center of Bodrum and within walking distance to the taxi and bus station. We didn't have any difficulty with transportation.

This two bedroom, ground floor apartment is ideally located on a quiet, residential street, a short five to ten minute walk from the many shops and restaurants at the main Port. The area is safe with a green grocer, small supermarket, bakery and butcher, a block away. The off-street parking is a plus if you have a car. The modestly furnished apartment has a backyard that is shared with the building next store but can provide refuge from the hustle and bustle of the tourist season. A adequately outfitted kitchen makes meal prep possible. Check-in, check-out was flawless. The host was available to answer any questions that we had. Definitely a good place to stay if you want to be near the Port of Kos, yet desire a more serene environment.

With the information that Mari sent us in advance, we found the place very well. The villa is in a quiet street and we have always found a parking space right in front. The area is very quiet and pleasant. Smaller shops and the beach can be reached on foot via stairs. We especially loved the view of Kos and the pool. Also the Local Beach is very nice. The city center of Turgutreis is a few minutes by car. There are larger grocery stores and plenty of choice at restaurants. The view of the islands there is one of the most beautiful in the Aegais. She communication with Mari was great, always fast, helpful and super nice. We thoroughly enjoyed the stay.

It was one of the most peaceful and beautiful holidays I have ever had, perhaps the number one. Ms. Başak is a perfect person and very kind and helpful. If you want to come to Bodrum, don't even look at another ad. Location, home, all of them are ŞA-HA-NE. We are very pleased, we love it. I would like to express my sincere gratitude to Ms. Başak once again.🫶🏻

It was a vacation we enjoyed a lot. There was everything at home, including barbecue. It was a very clean and peaceful environment.

The house was beautiful and professionally decorated. It had a very nice, large, and clean swimming pool. House was sparkly clean. Kitchen had all the appliances. It was in Walkable distance to Yalıkavak marina. Although, walking was safe it was a little lonely. Fatih Bey was very pleasant , friendly and responsible. Whenever I needed help he was there for me with his suggestion from drivers to local restaurants to suggested activities. Overall, I was very impressed.

I had a wonderful week with my family. The house was very nice, we had almost everything we needed and it was clean. The garden was also very enjoyable. It was very easy to communicate with Mr. Ibrahim, he helped in everything. There were very nice beaches nearby, even within walking distance. Thank you for everything. It's definitely a place we'd choose again.

A charming, rustic house in the Gumusluk district of Bodrum. We had a great time here. The drive up the mountain is easy, the check-in was smooth, the house is well equipped, and the view is stunning. We drove to nearby beaches everyday and retreated to our home in the evening. the host is wonderful. On top of responding to all of our questions and requests, he made a last-minute reservation for us at an amazing local restaurant. Granted, this is a rustic, boho mountain house, but it is still comfortable and the sunset itself is worth spending a few days here.

Our stay in Can's apartment was great. His family lived above us, they were super nice, the neighborhood is great and the accommodation also had everything you need. A long, stone staircase leads to the apartment, which you have to be aware of, especially with strollers and heavy suitcases, but the path is worth it!

Mr. Cengiz was very kind and caring. When we needed support on a few issues, he responded quickly and provided solutions. The garden part of the house was very beautiful and peaceful. We had a pleasant trip, thank you :)

We have had a quiet and quiet few days in Bodrum, in nature, away from the city. A delightful, labor-built space of spatial solutions, thoughtfully thought out. Any need for short or long-term stays was considered. We especially thank Mr. Azmi for his interest, we hope to see you again...

We really enjoyed staying at Kallia’s place. It was clean and spacious enough for two people, located only 10 minutes walking-distance away from all the shops and restaurants. There’s a lot of parking around and the terrace is really nice and spacious. The check-in was really easy too. I would recommend staying here and would stay here anytime again when visiting Kos.

It's a wonderful place, right by the sea and very peaceful. It has the written features and is as shown in the same photos. Thank you very much for your kind and helpful behavior to Ms. Handan and Mr. Galip. It was a wonderful holiday with the chickens in the garden and the very sweet dogs, Zinc and Marko. I recommend it to everyone who thinks. I hope we meet again on our next trips.

Great host and communication. Beautiful house, honestly better than the pictures. Difficult to reach like most other places in Bodrum, recommend to rent a car.
