Pet-friendly holiday rentals in Koyunbaba Mahallesi

Das Haus von Ilias liegt wunderbar ruhig, abseits der Touristen-Hotspots, aber dennoch nah genug an allen Sehenswürdigkeiten. Für unsere kleinen Kinder gab es extra Spielsachen. Die Küche ist top ausgestattet. Und der Außenbereich war einfach herrlich zum Entspannen. Ilias hat uns mit Gemüse und Wein versorgt. Einzige Minuspunkt, die vielen Moskitos, die es trotz umfangreichem Schutz an Fenstern und Türen irgendwie ins Haus geschafft haben. Wir kommen gerne wieder wenn wir nochmal nach Kos kommen sollten.

Fantastic host , great location.. so close to the beach and restaurants. Well maintained pool and great views , definitely recommend it.

Gerçekten harika bir konaklamaydı. Bunda en büyük pay tabi ki ev sahibi Petros’un. Son derece yardımsever güleryüzlü biri. Yerin konumu zaten çok güzel, giriş çıkışlar çok kolaydı. Herşeyiyle çok güzel bir tatil geçirdik. Teşekkürler Petros 🙏

Ev fotoğraflarda görüldüğü gibi,nevresimler,havlular kendi evinizde kullandığınız gibi tertemiz mis gibi.Evden denize yürüyerek gitmek oldukça zor yokuştan dolayı ancak araba ile 1 dk da plaja inebiliyorsunuz,plajda otopark mevcut.Sitenin kendine ait şezlog ve şemsiyeleri var.Plaj çok kalabalık değil rahatlıkla yer bulabiliyorsunuz.Deniz kenarında sitenin kendine ait restoranı var fiyatlar fena değil rakımızı kendimiz götürdük rakı için sadece servis ücreti aldılar.Ev sahibi Esra hanımın annesi Sema hanım ve babası inanılmaz kibar,ilgili ve sıcakkanlı insanlar.Konaklamamız boyunca bizimle yakından ilgilendiler.Kendilerine bu kibar ve nazik davranışlarından dolayı bir kez daha teşekkür ederiz.Aradığınız sakinlik ve huzur ise kesinlikle Esra hanımın evini tavsiye ederim.Evin muhteşem bir manzarası var.Evde terlemeden oturduk ve yattık.

This two bedroom, ground floor apartment is ideally located on a quiet, residential street, a short five to ten minute walk from the many shops and restaurants at the main Port. The area is safe with a green grocer, small supermarket, bakery and butcher, a block away. The off-street parking is a plus if you have a car. The modestly furnished apartment has a backyard that is shared with the building next store but can provide refuge from the hustle and bustle of the tourist season. A adequately outfitted kitchen makes meal prep possible. Check-in, check-out was flawless. The host was available to answer any questions that we had. Definitely a good place to stay if you want to be near the Port of Kos, yet desire a more serene environment.

Uitstekende accommodatie op een prachtige plek. Goede communicatie met de host. Aanrader voor mensen die een rustige uitvalsbasis willen hebben om Kos te leren kennen.

Kurban bayramında 4 gece konakladık. Öncelikle Bahar Hanım son derece ilgili ve yardımseverdi. Ev tam da fotoğraflardaki gibiydi; eski bir Rum evi, mavi kepenkler, şahane bir avlu, özel tasarım banyo ve mutfak…Tertemizdi ve ihtiyacımız olan her şey vardı. Hayalini kurduğum Bodrum’un merkezinde konaklamak, sabah sahilde yürüyüş yapmak, sonra avluda bir kahvaltı ve istediğimiz her yere rahatlıkla gitmek. Akşamları da barlar sokağında hareketli, eğlenceli gecelere birkaç adım mesafede olmak. Bodrum’u, konaklamamız sayesinde daha çok sevdik. Yine Bodrum’a gelsem, konaklayacağım ev belli!

Biz çok memnun kaldik. Fotoğrafla birebir ayni evdeki imkanlar harikaydi. Tüm detaylar düşünülmüş hiç bir sıkıntı yaşamadik ellerinize sağlık tekrar görüşmek üzere diyelim ;)

Unser Aufenthalt, als Familie mit zwei Kindern, in dieser Villa war einfach fantastisch! Das Haus ist modern eingerichtet und sehr sauber, mit allem ausgestattet, was man für einen komfortablen Urlaub benötigt. Der Meerblick von der Terrasse/dem Garten ist wirklich beeindruckend und hat uns jeden Morgen aufs Neue begeistert. Die Villa liegt in einer gated community, was uns ein zusätzliches Gefühl von Sicherheit gegeben hat. Die Umgebung ist ruhig und gepflegt, ideal zum Entspannen. Ein besonderes Dankeschön geht an den Vermieter, der sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit war. Er hat uns tolle Tipps für die Umgebung gegeben und war immer erreichbar, wenn wir Fragen hatten. Seine Gastfreundschaft hat unseren Aufenthalt noch angenehmer gemacht; ein perfekter Vermieter!!! Wir können diese Unterkunft definitiv weiterempfehlen und würden jederzeit wiederkommen! Daha önceden iyi bildiğim bir konumdu, ilk defa konaklamama rağmen ev kendi evim gibiydi. Sorunsuz bir konaklama geçirdik. Gönül rahatlığıyla tercih edebilirsiniz

Mit den Infos die Mari uns vorab geschickt hat haben wir die Unterkunft sehr gut gefunden. Die Villa liegt in einer Ruhigen Straße und wir haben immer einen Parkplatz direkt davor gefunden. Die Gegend ist sehr ruhig und angenehm. Kleinere Geschäfte und den Strand kann man über Treppen zu Fuß erreichen. Besonders geliebt haben wir die Aussicht auf Kos und den Pool. Auch der Lokale Strand ist sehr schön. Ins Stadtzentrum von Turgutreis sind es mit dem Auto wenige Minuten. Dort gibt es größere Lebensmittel Geschäfte und viel Auswahl bei Restaurants. Die Aussicht auf die Inseln dort zählt zu den schönsten in der Ägais. Sie Kommunikation mit Mari war Klasse, immer schnell, hilfreich und super nett. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen.

Harikaydı ev sahibi çok ilgiliydi fazlasıyla yardımcı oldular kafa dinlemek için birebir hiç bir sorun yaşamadık ev gayet güzel ve şık manzarası muazzam girişte biraz geç kaldığımız için günümüzü bile uzattılar ilgi alakalarından dolayı teşekkür ederim

Çok keyif aldığımız bir tatil oldu. Evde mangal dahil her şey vardı. Gayet temiz ve huzurlu bi ortamdı.

Bu konaklama deneyimi gerçekten harikaydı! Ev tertemizdi, dekorasyonu çok şıktı ve kendimizi evimizde gibi hissettik. Ev sahibi son derece ilgili ve misafirperverdi, her sorumuza hızlıca yanıt verdi. Kendisine çok teşekkür ediyoruz. Lokasyon ise mükemmeldi, her yere kolayca ulaşabildik. Konaklama tarihinde şansımıza havalarda çok güzeldi, evdeki her şeyin eksiksiz olması, konumu, olanakları sayesinde ailemle birlikte sorunsuz bir tatil keyfi oldu. Kemal was incredible! We had a last minute cancellation so I booked this stay 3 days in advance. Kemal was extremely proactive and kind in allowing us to stay, and was great to check in about our travel details so he could plan for cleaning accordingly. Kemal met us in person to check us in and provide a full run down of the space. He was so welcoming, and also owns the restaurant next door (which is delicious by the way!) and told us we could order for delivery or walk over and ask them to bring it over. Overall great hospitality!

Muhteşem bir deneyim yaşadık. Deniz yakınlığı, yerel restorant ve doğayla çevrili konumu oldukça güzeldi. Doğayı seviyor ve her an doğayı hissetmek isteyen biriyseniz kesinlikle doğru yer. Temziliği, odanın dizaynı özellikle sıradan otel odalarından otantik oluşu farklı bir deneyim sunuyor.

A charming, rustic house in the Gumusluk district of Bodrum. We had a great time here. The drive up the mountain is easy, the check-in was smooth, the house is well equipped, and the view is stunning. We drove to nearby beaches everyday and retreated to our home in the evening. the host is wonderful. On top of responding to all of our questions and requests, he made a last-minute reservation for us at an amazing local restaurant. Granted, this is a rustic, boho mountain house, but it is still comfortable and the sunset itself is worth spending a few days here.

Mein Aufenthalt bei Louise war einfach wunderbar! Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber, gemütlich und gut ausgestattet. Sie liegt etwas abgelegen inmitten der Natur, was für eine herrlich ruhige Atmosphäre sorgt – perfekt zum Entspannen. Und trotzdem ist man in nur 5 Minuten zu Fuß direkt am Strand! Louise war jederzeit erreichbar und hat uns mit vielen tollen Tipps versorgt. Besonders schön fand ich die tierischen Mitbewohner: Die Katzen liefen frei herum und der Hund lag entspannt unter einem Baum – ich habe ihn immer gestreichelt, bevor wir losgefahren sind und wenn wir zurückkamen. Auch eine kleine Reparatur an der Toilette wurde sofort erledigt. Ich habe mich rundum wohlgefühlt und komme sehr gerne wieder. Vielen Dank, Louise!

Cengiz Bey oldukça nazik ve ilgiliydi. Birkaç konuda desteğe ihtiyacımız olduğunda hızlıca yanıt vererek çözüm sağladı. Evin bahçe kısmı çok güzel ve huzurluydu. Keyifli bir seyahat geçirdik, teşekkür ederiz :)

Bodrum'da doğanın içinde, şehirden uzak, sessiz sakin huzurlu birkaç gün geçirdik. Mekansal çözümler incelikle düşünülmüş, emekle inşa edilmiş keyifli bir konaklama alanı. Kısa ya da uzun vadeli konaklama için her türlü ihtiyaç düşünülmüştü. Azmi Bey'e ilgisi için özellikle teşekkür ederiz, tekrar görüşmek dileğiyle...

We really enjoyed staying at Kallia’s place. It was clean and spacious enough for two people, located only 10 minutes walking-distance away from all the shops and restaurants. There’s a lot of parking around and the terrace is really nice and spacious. The check-in was really easy too. I would recommend staying here and would stay here anytime again when visiting Kos.

From our first contact with our host Tolga, we felt completely at ease. His communication was clear, kind, and reassuring. We had a wonderful holiday. Although we couldn’t enjoy the sea during the first few days due to early-season weather, we made up for it later. The calm and peaceful atmosphere was a real plus. There are two different coves within a 5-minute walk — a big advantage. We especially liked Karaincir Beach for its calm, clear water. The house is modern, stylish, and surrounded by greenery. The spacious garden was perfect for spending time with our 2.5-year-old daughter. Tolga was always helpful and quick to respond to any requests. During the Bayram/holiday week, he even surprised us with homemade „baklava and sarma „— such a thoughtful gesture. We felt right at home and would love to stay again. Thank you for everything!
