Der Blick aus den bodentiefen Fenstern und von der 40qm Terrasse richtet sich auf das große Aussengelände und lädt zum Entspannen draußen in direktem Kontakt zur Natur ein. Située dans le fossé rhénan qui sépare le massif des Vosges du nord de la Forêt-Noire. La Route des vins d'Alsace - Cleebourg (20 min). Proche de Strasbourg (30 min), des stations thermales de Baden Baden (15 min), du village de marques / The Style Outlets de Roppenheim (5 min) et de l'incontournable parc d'attractions Europa Park (60 min). Your flat in our half-timbered house is the ideal starting point for excursions to the Black Forest, Kraichgau or to Karlsruhe and Stuttgart. Our farmhouse is located north of the "Black Forest Nature Park". Nature invites you to cycle, hike and discover: orchards, forests, meadow valleys and high moors, gorges, streams & lakes! And vineyards. But you can also relax in our garden and enjoy local wine or craft beer. We have 2 dogs and 1 cat, turtles and sheep (not always on premise).

Unusual living in a cozy garden house

In the former studio in the garden of the owner, the art is still present and gives the rustic-cozy accommodation on approx. 45 square meters and over 2 floors its special flair. A small seating area under the chestnut tree and a brick barbecue can be used in nice weather. The town center with all shops, bus stop and much more can be reached in 2 minutes on foot, the train station with regional and express train station in 10 minutes. The famous lake is a 20-minute walk away.

Welcome to A13 Reining Stables, a family-run riding stable with a lot of flair. We rent 2 newly built and newly furnished vacation apartments in a separate guest house. The apartments have their own entrance and a terrace overlooking the courtyard and the equestrian facility. High comfort with dishwasher and underfloor heating. "Chez Charles"

THE WHOLE HOUSE, COURTYARD AND GARDEN Beautiful farm in a small town by the forest. Calm and idyllic and still only 15 min away from Haguenau and 40 min from Strasburg. Closed courtyard, orchard and yard. The bikeway from the Rhine to the castles of the northern Vosges passes right in front of the house. Even the pilgrim road to Santiago de Compostella (2400 km) passes right by here. This is an ideal starting point for many lovely biking tours. Possibility to rent E-Bikes.

Living in a farmhouse

You will stay on the first floor of the newly converted farm building of an old farm. Large garden with paddock and 3 horses on a small stream. Don't be afraid of free-range chickens and our herding dog Jule. There is a bookable sauna and a small swimming pool. Seating area with fireplace in the garden free of charge. Cost for sauna is an additional €15 per sauna session for 2 people only by arrangement on site. Walking with the horses can also be booked.

Romantic winegrower's house

Lovingly furnished romantic winegrower's house in the wine village of Altschweier, overlooking the surrounding vineyard landscape. The Black Forest National Park is 20 minutes away. Located directly on the Ortenauer Wine Trail, there are many opportunities for hiking and cycling. The cottage is equipped to a high specification. A pellet stove with flame provides cozy warmth. The winegrower's house has a seating area nearby on our vineyard property.

Idyllically quiet 2-room apartment

The apartment is newly renovated, in a quiet location on a farm and yet only about 25 minutes by car from Stuttgart-Mitte. The adjacent Milchhäusle dairy shop offers shopping. The village of Markgröningen with shopping is a 5-minute drive. The nearest train station is a 10-minute drive. As you can see in the pictures, there is also a new, fully functional kitchen with a microwave and coffee maker. We look forward to receiving your booking!
