Du hast einen privaten eigenen Eingang zu deiner Wohnung. Die Karlsruher Stadtmitte ist mit dem Zug in 10 Minuten und mit der Strassenbahn in 30 Minuten direkt zu erreichen. Zum KIT Nord Campus kommst du in 10 Minuten mit einem unserer Fahrräder oder in 20 Minuten mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln.

The terrace is south facing, sunny almost all day and has direct lake views. We have furnished the living room and bathroom in a modern style. The kitchen is equipped with all the basics (built-in kitchen with stove, oven, dishwasher, coffee maker, dishes, etc.).
