Upon arrival, you will be greeted by a "Welcome Basket" with local delicacies. The skate park and sports field are located in the immediate vicinity. We offer our guests free bike rental. The location offers an excellent starting point for excursions.

In warmer months, the private terrace is a perfect spot to relax in the fresh air. Guests can also use the barbecue in the courtyard and have fun playing darts. Free public parking is available about 150 metres from the house. You're invited to experience true Karst hospitality and the peace of nature.

Surrounded by the city’s most famed attractions, the apartment allows easy access to the countless cafés and restaurants of the area, but is located in a side street, sheltered from the clamour of nightlife. Other features are wi-fi, air conditioning system and a small private balcony.

The space has just finished renovation and everything is new, fully equipped kitchen, large bedroom with TV, lovely bathroom and another separate WC. Country style living and dining area overlooking the private garden which is now fenced, and terrace with doors out to this area. The Fenced garden area is secure for dogs.
