Basement apartment in granite stone house from 1953. Good atmosphere. Only 20 minutes on foot from the train and bus station. Private entrance. New bathroom and small kitchen. Internet and TV. The house is located in quiet surroundings and there are many opportunities for hiking in the woods and swimming in the sea. The center of Fredrikstad and the college are only 20 minutes away by foot. 5 minutes to free ferry that takes you to the old town or city center. I want all guests to feel welcome and at home. Bathing in bathtub by appointment.

The apartment is located in a scenic area with a short distance to both the city and the forest. It is a 3 min drive to grocery stores, bakery and pharmacy. (walking distance 15-20 min). At the shopping center there is also a free city ferry to the old town and to the city center. There is easy access to great hiking areas in the immediate vicinity of the home. The apartment also has a sunny outdoor area for use. The host is available for assistance and guidance. We are fluent in English, German and French.

Fresh eggs and sometimes vegetables at a small extra cost. Short distance to nearby seaside (5-7 km) with nice beaches. Approx. 10 min to Strömstad City Center with plenty of restaurants, shops and recreation possibilities. Good access to E6. Welcome

Cozy house, rural location, and close to the sea – child-friendly.

Boligen ligger inngjerdet under et stort kastanjetre med egen hage. Egen parkering for 3 biler. Det er 7 -8 km til Fredrikstad eller Sarpsborg sentrum. Buss til Fredrikstad 1 gang i timen. Grunnflaten i 1. etasje er ca. 115m². Her er det to store soverom, kjøkken, stue, vaskerom og et nyrenovert bad. 2. etasje har to soverom. Soveplass/spiseplass til 10 personer. Barnestol og sprinkelseng til barn er tilgjengelig. Vi bor selv rett ved siden av utleiehuset, og ønsker ikke høylytt festing der.

You must expect to hear noise from the upper floor. You cannot be sensitive to sound. You will be living in walking distance to cafes, restaurants, shoppingand cultural events. The area has many greenlungs to enjoy. Close to footballcourts, tennis, golf, camping, swimmingpool outdoor. The old fortress, foodshoops and plenty more.

Great cabin where you live "on" the water. The cabin is located at Ystehede, by the Iddefjorden, about 10 km from the center of Halden. Here, guests have access to a floating jetty with a bathing ladder, as well as a beach consisting of stone and sand. Here there is outdoor furniture, a gas grill and opportunities to moor your own boat. Here there are many hiking trails in the forest and if you have your own boat you can fish or take the sea route to Halden and on to the Hvalerøyene.

Bryggerhuset at Spjærøy, Hvaler

Koselig lite feriehus på Spjærøy på Hvaler. Bryggerhuset er en del av et gammelt småbruk og vertskap bor selv i hovedhuset. Her kan man nyte stille og rolig dager i hagen, eller ta seg en tur til sjøen. Både Spjærekilen med gode bademuligheter og Kjellvika ligger i gangavstand. Generelt gode turmuligheter. Enten man ønsker å nyte de stille dagene eller ønsker å utforske Hvaler er dette en fin base. Butikker ca 5 km unna. Hos oss bor det 8 glade høner som delvis går fritt.

The guest house consists of a mini kitchen, dining area for 4 people. Loft with 3 mattresses and sofa bed in the living room. Bathroom with shower and toilet. Possibility to borrow laundry room located in the guest house with own entrance. Private patio outside the annex. Good sun conditions.

The Lerbukta Cottage is located in undisturbed, idyllic and peaceful surroundings. The Halden watercourse is floating past, and the distance to the lake Ara is just about 30 metres. The cabin is well equipped and has a large sitting room, kitchen, 2 bedrooms, a tiled bathroom with shower, toilet and a washing machine. There is underfloor heating in the bathroom. The sauna is in the side building. The cabin has WiFi.

Nice apartment. 3 minutes from train station with connection to Oslo and Gothenburg. Short way to the city center, 3 cafes in the immediate vicinity, grocery store on Kråkerøy or city center. Quiet and nice area. Low traffic. Public parking in the street in marked places, for a fee 8 am to 6 pm on weekdays, until 3 pm Saturday and free on public holidays.
