WOW! When we saw the photos of the property during the book, we wondered if reality could catch up with us sobering. But the opposite occurred: It's even nicer on site than in the photos. You can easily check into a feel-good oasis. A warm feeling of home with clean character at the same time, a perfect mix. For me personally, it was a first holiday that was supposed to have a real relaxation frame and had a big share of success in the great Casa. Fireplace set at the touch of a button, leisurely hours on the window sill overlooking the distance and the cable car, then a sauna with mountain panorama and before going to bed - by the way in a great bed - a swimming pool stay. What more could you ask for (or even a woman)? The kitchen offers all the options to take care of yourself. Our dog also felt "bully"comfortable and enjoyed the long walks that are offered around the chalets. Great!!!

Accommodation was very nice. It was a little warm, but there were also two fans. The facility was great. Everything was clean. Nothing was missing. Hosts were very kind and accommodating. We were on the road a lot and it was always pleasant to come back to the accommodation. Very cozy.

We spent our "honey moon" in the beautiful holiday home with Sabine. Sabine welcomed us so warmly and provided us with great information. The holiday home is beautiful and furnished with a lot of love. The location is outstanding. Directly on the Alpbach and only a few minutes' walk from Lake Tegernsee. Shopping is right across the street. Dear Sabine, we thank you for our unforgettable holiday 🤩

Sanni's house really great for a ski vacation. The bus station is right around the corner and you are at the Schatzbergbahn within less than 10 minutes. The house is 600 years old, you can hear that of course. It creaks at every step on the upper floor and the wooden doors are also not tight, as there are partial gaps between the boards. If you speak a little louder, you can talk to the living-dining area with the person in the bedroom about it. Nevertheless, our one-year-old child also slept very well in the house (but there was more than just wood between our room and the floor below). There was a chair for him, a baby bed and even an extra towel was provided for him. The beds for the adults are very soft, you have to like that. The kitchen is well equipped, in the dining room there are some board games and upstairs a grand piano and a bookshelf. From the veranda and the garden you have a beautiful view of the mountains.

also very helpful with many short-term changes and no problem to implement them. be it a spontaneous rebooking of the desired period, one more person and individual wishes for more "single" sleepers than normal. I can only highly recommend the hostess!

Our family had a wonderful few days at Anna's home. The home is very nice, charming and has everything you need, and the location can't be beat - walkable to several restaurants within minutes. We loved spending afternoons on the porch. Anna was a great host and communication was great. Would definitely stay again!

Very nice accommodation in a quiet location and picturesque surroundings. We felt very comfortable.

With one laughing and one wistful eye, we look back on our stay with Georg and Gisela. Nostalgic, because time passed too quickly and we could have stayed forever... A week was simply too short! Laughing, because it was so beautiful and we are already looking forward to our next visit to Waltersberg. We can only agree with all the previous great reviews. Georg and Gisela are wonderful hosts, as they could not be better: attentive, warm, helpful and in short people to like. The house was charming, cozy, sparkling clean and well-equipped as expected, the beautiful garden very idyllic, full of flowers and well maintained, the charming surroundings and the short distances to the most beautiful mountain and lake landscapes are worth a trip anyway. Great place to stay in a quiet location. We enjoyed the morning view of the lake and the tranquility very much. The accommodation was cozy, clean and the terrace a great place to relax. Only the WLAN connection was partially a bit "fragile", but we were on vacation and everything else was convincing! Thanks a lot!

We stayed here for around 2 months over the winter season, using the apartment as a base to travel around Austria. The apartment is perfect for a couple, with plenty of space for 2 and a well finished kitchen. The apartment is also bigger than it looks in the photos, which is an added bonus. The apartment has a beautiful view over the valley, and is close to a bus stop which can take you all the way down the valley from Hopfgarten to Kitzbühel, or back to Wörgl station, which is very well connected, letting you travel throughout the Tirol region easily. Birgit was very friendly and helpful, always willing to be flexible with us, and made us feel right at home! She helped us sort out any issues we had and helped us to settle in the local area. We would definitely come back!

The apartment is beautiful and furnished with great attention to detail. The amenities were excellent and there was nothing missing. A wonderful view over the Walchensee from the terrace leads directly to relaxation. The host always responded quickly and was extremely friendly in communication. We particularly liked the personalized welcome board.

We were received super friendly and had a really nice contact with Karin and her husband all the time. The apartment was great and met all expectations, you can take really nice excursions, on foot or by public transport or car and then enjoy the great view of the mountain on the balcony. The recovery effect is so fast that you can easily switch off. Thank you for this!!!

I was here a few days with my 1.5 year old daughter. Susanna provided extra children's dishes, a children's towel and a toy box with Lego Duplo - great! I felt very welcome. What was also remarkable was that despite the attic, it was pleasantly cool (in June). You can completely darken the apartment - also important with a child. Otherwise, everything was clean, spacious and everything you need was there. You have a great view from the balcony into the mountains and you can get there very quickly. We will be happy to come back.

We had a wonderful stay at Lukas'! The apartment is not only stylish and furnished with great attention to detail, but also perfectly equipped – we lacked nothing. We were particularly impressed by the fantastic view of the valley, really a highlight! Lukas was a great host: very warm, helpful and flexible. He immediately responded to our special requests because of our little daughter and spontaneously organized a cot and a high chair for us. That was really great and not a given. We can fully recommend the stay and will be happy to come back

The stay at Alfred and Astrid's place was fantastic. Alfred was particularly friendly and took the time to explain how everything works. The apartment was really above expectations. Super clean and the kitchen was very complete and has a luxurious spacious fridge with ice maker. The apartment has 3 large TVs with a Netflix subscription on each TV. Both a German, a Dutch and an Italian version. No hassle with your own login. There was a fine and fast internet connection of 150 mbit. Very nice. We also enjoyed the beautiful bathroom with luxury hot tub and the lovely rain shower. The apartment is in a quiet place about 6 min drive from a shopping center and it is a 5 min drive to the ski slope of Reith im Alpbachtal and only 10 min drive to the large ski resort in the Alpbachtal. We will definitely come back here again!

Great place to stay on a well-kept farm with private garage and direct access to the apartment – perfect in the rain. We were a family of 4 and were allowed to use the garden. There were toys for the kids, the area was well fenced and safe. Particularly pleasant: Sara was always available, warm and provided us with great tips on the surroundings. Supermarkets, bakeries and good restaurants are within easy reach. The apartment was very clean, well equipped – incl. Sauna – and pleasantly quiet through well-insulated windows, despite proximity to the country road. The sauna was a real highlight after hikes. The region is beautiful and offers a lot to discover – ideal for families. We felt completely comfortable. Thanks Sara!

Susanne's place in Murnau is very warm. In good weather, the view of the Alps is beautiful and the small terrace in front is very pleasant. We made the majority of walking trips between the studio and Murnau station, it is doable and the path is pleasant, but you have to like walking (about 30' to the center of Murnau and 40' to the train station). Close to the apartment, there is a lady who offers Thai massages. We enjoyed it and enjoyed it.

We were there for two nights and felt comfortable right away. Large living area. Especially with children really great. It couldn't have been better ☺️

We had a fantastic stay in Vera's stylish loft apartment. With children, it was also great to be located directly at the Hungerburg cable car and the Alpine Zoo. The apartment is really very modern, very clean and offers a fantastic view of the mountains. Quietly located, but with a few bus stops to the city center. If you come by public transport, we recommend the W bus line, as the other 500 bus lines still mean a 15-minute walk uphill. Vera was a very helpful host with great tips and quick answers to our questions. Absolutely recommended – we will be happy to come back!

We enjoyed our stay so much. The surroundings view from the house was fantastic. The amenities also were great and Marlies was responsive and friendly (we met her while walking around the neighbourhood).

We felt right at home Our wishes, such as baby beds and high chairs, were easily met. The accessibility and communication was great and very committed. We can really recommend this accommodation and would book it again at any time.

The apartment was great, visually and the amenities were very good. The location to Lake Starnberg was also very suitable for us.

Beautiful, quiet apartment in a great location. Communication with Alice was super pleasant and uncomplicated. The accommodation lacked nothing (on the contrary: many things of daily need are already available) and the view from the garden is breathtaking. Perfectly located for excursions in the area (Geister-/Leutaschklamm, Isar hike to Scharnitz, Lautersee... - all can be started directly from the accommodation). Public transport to Garmisch-Partenkirchen or Innsbruck is also within walking distance. I would be happy to come back.
