Die Wohnung verfügt weiters über 1 Schlafzimmer, einen großzügigen Gang (wie bei Bauernhäuser in Tirol üblich), einem Badezimmer, separates WC, einer kleinen Terrasse mit direktem Zugang zum eingezäunten Garten

Helle und freundliche Wohnung (50m²) in historischem Tiroler Bürgerhaus nah am Ortszentrum vom Brixlegg und am Eingang des Alpbachtals. Die Wohnung liegt im 1. Stock (kein Lift) und ist ausgestattet mit einem Vorraum, einem Wohnzimmer, einem Esszimmer, einem sehr kleinen Schlafzimmer mit französischem Doppelbett (160 cmx200cm), sowie einem neu renoviertem Mini-Badezimmer mit Dusche. Die Sonne kann man wunderbar auf der Terrasse mit prachtvollem Blick auf das Sonnwendjoch genießen.

The room in a renovated old building from 1933 can be reached via several uneven stairs, is in the center of Tegernsee and yet quiet. It is particularly suitable for those who are on a hike, bike ride, wedding or passing through. You are in this cozy room with an integrated new bathroom for you. The mattress of the 1.40 m x 2 m bed has been replaced and renewed. There is deliberately no TV. Enjoy your stay overlooking the lake and mountains.

With me you get the Alpbachtal Card with which you can ride the gondola on the mountain in Alpbach for free in summer.
