Our small vacation home is located in the middle of our horse farm on which we also live ourselves. Here you can live idyllically in nature and still be conveniently located. Quiet walking paths directly from the farm invite you to stroll through nature. The proximity to Augsburg and Munich (each approx. 30 minutes by car) is ideal for city tours. The small cottage has a small kitchen and a bathroom with sauna. A car is an advantage.

With a bed 1.80 x 2.00 and a bed 1.40 x 2.00 for two people each in two separate bedrooms, an additional sofa bed in the living-dining area, controlled ventilation, air conditioning, kitchen and balcony, nothing is left to be desired!

Cozy simple sleeping place in the new bedroom and bathroom. Currently without a kitchen The bus stop is about 100 meters away. And it's also just a few minutes' walk to the new surf park. The apartment is located in a commercial area. My neighbors are craft businesses. Therefore, it can occasionally be noisy from 7 am.
