It has 2 bedrooms for up to 4 adult guests, 1 free private parking place. It's a great place for a peaceful and relaxing vocation.

Welcome to the Lakeview Loft! Less than 150 meters from the "Faulensee, Dorf" bus station, this beautifully located loft and its views are sure to be one of the highlights of your trip. Faulensee is a typical, quaint Swiss village. It has restaurants and a grocery store, all within walking distance. With the bus, you can get to Interlaken in 20 minutes, and Spiez in 5. You'll find a fully stocked kitchen, free Netflix, and everything else you'd want to feel right at home. Free parking included!

Das Studio (ca. 30m2, ein grosser Raum) mit grosser Terasse mit einer atemberaubenden Aussicht auf die Berge, liegt im Erdgeschoss unseres Hauses. Es ist durch einen eigenen Zugang erreichbar. Das Studio ist einfach, vollständig und zweckmässig ausgerüstet und verfügt über eine offene Küche, ein Badezimmer, sowie Schlafmöglichkeiten für 2-4 Personen (Doppelbett und Schlafsofa für max 2 Personen). Grosse Fenster ermöglichen es, auch im Studio das herrliche Panorama zu geniessen.

The 2-room apartment is a bit elevated, however, centrally located in Reichnbach in the Kandertal. The ski resorts in the Oberland are within easy reach. Adelboden 23km, Grindelwald 36km. In summer, well-known hiking spots can also be reached in about 15 to 20 minutes. The property was gently renovated at the end of 2019 and also offers a fully equipped kitchen, which will also meet higher standards. (induction stove, combi-steam oven, refrigerator, all kitchen utensils, etc.)

Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space. Enjoy the fantastic view of Lake Thun (3-minute walk) and the Niesen mountain range. The studio is located on the south and thus sunny side of Lake Thun. The garden and grill can also be used. Private parking is also available. Our house is very quiet, below the main road and is accessible by a staircase. "Studio Lerche" The studio is about 45 m² and has a living/sleeping area, a small kitchen and a bathroom. In front of the apartment there is a terrace with table and chairs and wonderful views of the mountains and Lake Thun! A private, free parking space is available for our guests, about 150 meters from the stairs.

Die Dachwohnung im 2. Stock umfasst zwei Zimmer, Küche, Bad und Balkon. Tolle Aussicht auf See, Berge und Bucht Spiez. Zusätzlicher Schwedenofen für kalte Tage. 5 Gehminuten von See und Bahnhof entfernt. Sehr ruhige Lage. Gastgeber spricht Deutsch, Englisch, Französisch und ein wenig Italienisch.
