We rent a small guest house (approx. 40 sqm - 2 rooms) for 2 people in the back of our property in the industrial area. The guest house is deliberately kept simple, as this corresponds to our design concept. City, nature, gastronomy - all easily accessible. In 30 - 40 minutes you can walk to the city center of Constance, in a few minutes to the Seerhein, excursion destinations with good connections. 2 min. to the bus stop. The guest house is suitable for business travelers as well as holiday guests.

The studio apartment offers everything for a relaxing vacation. Our modern apartment is located on the ground floor and has space for (4 guests+1 child). With 50m² and 2.5 rooms, the apartment offers electric blinds, free Wi-Fi and a parking space in the underground garage. There is a spacious terrace, a modern bathroom with shower and a modern living-dining area with great kitchen. Home office is of course possible. The proximity to Germany, Lake Constance and the mountains rounds off the stay in our apartment. We look forward to seeing you!
