B & B 'Roosdom 5' is a detached cottage, surrounded by greenery with peace and privacy. Just outside the Gelderland bicycle village of Laren in the Achterhoek. Close to Pieterpad, Hanze cities Deventer and Zutphen. Between fields and in a beautiful backdrop, where hikers and cyclists can fully enjoy. But you can also relax and unwind in your own yard, on the terrace or in the grass with hammocks, sun loungers, picnic table, fruit trees, flowers, birds, sheep pasture and circling chickens.

Tiny House the Berkelhut, peace and quiet

Very quiet holiday home in beautiful surroundings. From our Berkelhut you can walk straight into the woods of Velhorst. The house is heated with infrared panels, has a large double bed of 1.60 by 2.00 meters that can be closed off. You may use 2 bicycles and a Canadian kayak; the Berkel river is in walking distance of your accommodation. In addition to the picturesque village of Almen, Zutphen, Lochem and Deventer are also close by. After consulting us, you can bring your small dog with you.

Guesthouse in old farmhouse with swimming pond

Since July 2020 our guesthouse has been open for bookings: A renovated old stable, located on the grounds of our farm from 1804, located on 4.5 hectares of grassland. Ideal for 1-4 people, a 5th guest is welcome. 2 double beds + 1 stretcher. On request: 1 cot and 1 travel cot. It is completely independent. The stable has been renovated while retaining original materials, trendy interior and an amazing view over our garden. * Our garden can also be booked as a shooting location

Flower cottage; where everything is right!

On a farmyard in the middle of the countryside there is a charming wooden cottage with Het Bloemenhuisje. The French doors give access to a private terrace, from where you have views of Achterhoek's beautiful scenic landscape. Here the deer walk through the backyard, start from the cottage a clog path walk or bike the 8 castle route. It is a place to relax, to get away from the world. Give yourself a few days and do what you want.

Farmhouse Dijkerhoek (1898)

Our farmhouse is situated in Dijkerhoek (Holten) in The Netherlands. We live close to National Park Sallandse Heuvelrug and the beautiful city of Deventer. The front part of our farmhouse, the 'voorhuis' is available for guests. Dijkerhoek is a small village, proud of its mill 'De Hegeman'. The farmhouse is surrounded by meadows and small countryroads that are perfect for hours of bicycling or walking. You can use our bicycles.

Atmospheric and car-free passage (part of the city-walk), picturesque view both at front and back side of the house. . Markets, shops and restaurants (also for breakfast) at 3 minutes walking distance. Trains and parking area at 5 minutes walking distance.

Holiday cottage ANders-genieten

If you want to relax and decide what you do, you've come to the right place! We have a completely self-contained cottage(45m2) next to our house where you can enjoy. The cottage has its own entrance and is equipped with its own complete kitchen, bathroom and a separate bedroom. Our vacation home is located in Gietelo near Voorst. From here it is beautiful hiking and biking or visit Zutphen, Deventer or Apeldoorn.

Kampeerbungalow De Achterhoeker

The camping bungalow is a simply furnished overnight stay for up to 2 people and contains an electrically adjustable double bed. The bungalow is made of wood and has a roof made of thick (truck) sail so that you can stay dry in this accommodation even during the more humid days. Since this year, a lovely pallet stove has been installed, so that it is also wonderful to stay here on colder days.

The Pheasant is a free standing house in nature.

The Pheasant is a detached house that is located in an idyllic place in the middle of the beautiful Achterhoek nature on an unpaved road. It has a view over a spacious garden with old trees, a pond, meadows and forest. You can walk directly from the house into the nature. The Pieterpad is a short walk away. In addition, there are many hiking and cycling opportunities in the nearby area.
