Das abgeschlossene 2-4 Personen Appartement befindet sich im Dachgeschoß eines idyllisch gelegenen & geschmackvoll eingerichteten Einfamilienhauses in der Tiroler Gemeinde Zirl. Das hochwertig konzipierte Architektenhaus wurde vor 14 Jahren errichtet und verfügt über einen kleinen Garten mit eigenem Bereich für die Gäste. Das Appartment wird über einen gemeinsamen Eingang erreicht und besteht aus einem Wohnraum mit Küche und Essbereich, 1-2 Schlafräumen und einem Bad mit Dusche/Waschtrockner.

The apartment is on the 1st floor of a two-family house and was completely renovated and newly furnished at the beginning of 2023.

If you feel comfortable in the mountains and nature, but do not want to miss the city, this is the place to be.

Das Apartment hat ein 160cm Doppelbett und ein 140cm Bett auf einer Hochebene (nicht für kleine Kinder geeignet).

The 66 m² accommodation consists of a living room with sofa bed for 2 people, a well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, 2 bedrooms and a large bathroom, thus offering space for 6 people. The equipment also includes high-speed WLAN (suitable for video calls) and a TV.

In the heart of the western low mountain range lies the picturesque Götzens. My place is centrally located in a quiet location. Innsbruck is a 15-minute bus or car ride away. Shopping and culture in the Alpine environment! In the immediate vicinity are 2 supermarkets, a bakery, butcher, pharmacy and a doctor. There is also an indoor swimming pool, skating rink and a tennis court nearby. The ski resort is 300 m away and is a 5-minute walk. Pets are not allowed.
