Located 4 minutes from the E4 and ten minutes from Umeå city center. 7 minutes to a big shopping mall. Bed linens and towels are not included but can be rented for SEK 150 per set during your stay. If so, just let us know in the booking. Payment is made after check-out via the Airbnb app. The accommodation does not have a kitchen but access to a coffee machine, electric kettle and a microwave oven.

Close to the nature reserve Brånsjön, the ski slope Middagsberget, 4 km to central Vännäs and 30 km to central Umeå. Buses within walking distance. Animals are in the yard but the farmhouse is allergy-friendly, no animals stay there. Internet via WiFi for video calls is available.

The apartment has a smooth code lock for your convenience. The guest is responsible for cleaning before check-out. Your host lives in the same house and is available for questions. Toilet with shower that also houses a combined washer and dryer. Comfortable full beds 80x200 cm and an extra bed box spring mattress 80x200 cm, with mattress topper.

The house also has a sofa bed that sleeps two guests. - Swimming beach nearby. - The nearest grocery store is in Bygdsiljum, 8 km away - Proximity to slalom hill, 8 km.

Walking distance into the city center, grocery stores, public transport and a stone's throw from the river and our amazing boardwalk that can lead to the city or nature and rapids.
