The apartment is beautiful and furnished with great attention to detail. The amenities were excellent and there was nothing missing. A wonderful view over the Walchensee from the terrace leads directly to relaxation. The host always responded quickly and was extremely friendly in communication. We particularly liked the personalized welcome board.

We absolutely loved Laura & Thomas's place. It was warm, cosy and well equipped. For tall people, the slanting roof maybe a bit of a challenge, especially in the bath area, but otherwise it was a perfect little apartment with the most beautiful balcony. Laura was so thoughtful in everything, the welcome drinks, & little things like the bluetooth speakers, charging cables & extension board and indoor games, just added that extra homely feel. We will surely come back here! Highly recommend this place!

Great little place to base yourself out of.

Andrea and Laura’s apartment has everything you need and more. It feels like home away from home and is beautifully furnished to feel cosy and welcoming. The surroundings are so peaceful, I loved sitting on the balcony and looking at the mountains. Would highly recommend staying here.

I was positively surprised by the apartment and location. I have only good things to say. I felt very comfortable from the beginning. The decor is tasteful, fits in with the area, which I really appreciate, the balconies are fantastic and we had sun all day and it is very bright. At night, it is absolutely quiet. The hikes to the lakes can be enjoyed from the apartment. Karin helped me when I realized I left my wallet at the gas station. Their loving way made me feel even more welcome. My dog and I would have liked to have stayed much longer. I highly recommend this stay. I would like to spend another vacation there.

Tido’s place is perfectly located in the center of the Zugspitze region and is the perfect home base for your Bavarian Alps vacation. Tido was extremely helpful, communicative and always available. The apartment was spacious and well equipped with everything you might need during your stay. Highly recommended!

Don't hesitate to book this place! We had a relaxing, very comfortable stay. Birgit was an exceptional host; friendly and accommodating, she responded to our every question and went above and beyond to ensure a great stay. The kitchen had everything we needed to fix some of our own food and we have never slept on a more comfortable sofa bed! (We were a party of 4.) Last, but certainly not least, was the majestic view! The mountain view is even better in person AND there is a waterfall view from the other end of the apartment that was a pleasant surprise upon our arrival! If we ever have the privilege of returning to the area, we would 100% book this stay again!

We had a great stay at the apartment. Everything was sparkling clean and equipped with everything we needed. The location near Garmisch was optimal for us. Communication with Theresa was also very straightforward.

Beautiful newly furnished apartment. Fast WiFi but unfortunately no TV. Friendly and reliable landlord. In the neighborhood, however, at the same time, some younger people were present who had a good atmosphere in the evening. Central starting point for a wonderful area.

Great place on a very good location. You can reach everything in and around Mittenwald on foot. Hikes start almost directly in front of the door. In the evening, you can be in the old town with nice restaurants in a few minutes. Communication with Nadia worked out fine.

We had a great week in Stephanie's apartment. As a young family with a baby under one year old, we felt completely comfortable from the very first moment. Stephanie was super friendly, always approachable and very communicative – you can tell that she cares about the well-being of her guests. The apartment corresponded 100% to the description – and the pictures absolutely keep what they promise. It is one of the most beautiful apartments we have ever been to: stylishly furnished, very clean and with a magnificent mountain panorama from every window. The location is also ideal – central enough to reach everything on foot: supermarkets for weekly shopping, cable cars and hiking trails start nearby, and in the evening there are many nice restaurants in the area that invite you to linger. We can fully recommend the accommodation – even for families with small children – and are already thinking about coming back next year.

The service was truly exceptional - we have rarely been received with such friendliness, helpfulness and attentiveness. This is a perfect apartment near Innsbruck with everything you need to have a wonderful time with family and friends. Convenient location (you need a car), beautiful scenery, perfectly clean and prepared for comfort. We were 4 and enjoyed very much the stay!

Christine and Josef are very warm and reliable hosts. They were always there with advice. Good tips and literature for companies! Our 8-year-old daughter was allowed to pet the rabbits and take a look in the barn. The new apartment was provided with loving details.

Great chalet, great lake views. The only drawback of the first floor apartment is the footpath and if you should be lazy on the couch and do not want to be examined by hikers, you have to close the curtains. Otherwise very well located as a hiking starting point. The view from the hot tub leaves nothing to be desired and in the sauna you can relax comfortably.

The apartment is great and the region in which it is located is beautiful! Thomas was very nice, he left us breakfast for the next day and recommended many places, very attentive! 100% recommended!
