Ideal for larger groups and especially families with children, this house has an open kitchen and 3 bathrooms. It is quietly located below Neuschwanstein. The lake and Tegelberg are within easy walking distance. You can enjoy the sun in the garden and on the terrace. There are toys, a sandbox, a table tennis table and football goals as well as a basketball hoop.

Wonderful location, surrounded by nature, far from the chaos of the city, we really relaxed, reminiscent of typical Italian mountain houses, in the most niche areas. Spectacular!!!!

We had a lovely stay. The accommodation offers everything you need and with sauna, jacuzzi and pool table or barbecue also a nice change for everyday life. As a suggestion for improvement, only a privacy screen in the "spa area", as it is somewhat insightful due to the neighboring houses. All in all, we felt very comfortable and can highly recommend the accommodation because of its amenities and also because of its location. Communication with Manuela was flawless.

We were there with 7 adults for 4 days and felt very comfortable. The house has a special and inviting, enveloping atmosphere. It is not simply furnished for tourists, it has the spirit of the owner and the surroundings with many loving and meaningful details. We found everything we needed to cook. The kitchen table is a great place to linger and have conversations. It's just nice and highly recommended. The 2 toilets are also helpful if you live with a larger group. It was all excellent! Super nice area, extremely quiet and great hiking trails right from the house. We met the landlord briefly, super nice people. Otherwise, you have complete peace and quiet, self check in/check out is also great. Highly recommend.

Stefanie was a wonderful host! The area was beautiful. Our family of 5 did great here. Beautiful home and large main bathroom. Our daughter uses a wheel chair and everything worked out great. Would stay here again. Close to everything. We had a car and was able to go into Munich and also drive to various castles and Salzburg. She’s a perfect host!

With one laughing and one wistful eye, we look back on our stay with Georg and Gisela. Nostalgic, because time passed too quickly and we could have stayed forever... A week was simply too short! Laughing, because it was so beautiful and we are already looking forward to our next visit to Waltersberg. We can only agree with all the previous great reviews. Georg and Gisela are wonderful hosts, as they could not be better: attentive, warm, helpful and in short people to like. The house was charming, cozy, sparkling clean and well-equipped as expected, the beautiful garden very idyllic, full of flowers and well maintained, the charming surroundings and the short distances to the most beautiful mountain and lake landscapes are worth a trip anyway. We had a great time with five friends. We were able to have a great time staying at the place and surroundings. We were completely to ourselves and could easily reach beautiful excursion destinations. The stay was absolutely uncomplicated. Katja and family were extremely friendly. Highly recommended if you like a simple rustic but spacious and original cottage. We would come back anytime!

Host was very accommodating and made the stay comfortable. Home is situated in an incredible landscape with close proximity to skiing, which was the main reason for the stay. Would absolutely return.

We had a great time in Antje's apartment! It is very well equipped and we felt comfortable right away. The private lake terrace is a highlight, especially when the place is full on vacation days. The location is really great and you have a wide variety of restaurants in the immediate vicinity. The small village shop is also just around the corner. We will be happy to come back! 🙂

The apartment has everything you need, even the kitchen was well equipped. The balcony is great and you have a beautiful view of the mountains. The car can be parked well at the accommodation (also VW buses in a separate parking lot). We particularly liked the area for hiking and cycling.

We have as a complete family (8 adults, 4 children) went on vacation together. The house is spacious, has a great location, is very well equipped and relaxing to live in even on rainy days.

The apartment is in a great location, exactly matches the pictures and was very tidy. Check-in via the neighboring hotel was straightforward. Especially nice: We were able to use the pool and sauna. A big thank you to Helmut for the friendly support. When it came to work on the roof during our stay, he reimbursed us 20% on his own initiative. This is truly an exceptional service. We had a great week with Katharina and her family! The accommodation was just as beautiful as in the photos – quietly located, with a wonderful garden to relax in. We especially liked the pool and the sauna, which was a highlight for my daughter. The many animals on the property were also great. Overall, a very relaxed and restful time - thank you!

We spent five wonderful days with Jens and Sabine and felt completely comfortable. The apartment corresponds exactly to the photos in the listing – in addition, our accommodation even included a terrace, which was a real highlight. The kitchen is excellently equipped and offers everything you need for self-catering. The pool was as described – with a pleasant 30 degrees water temperature, ideal also for small children. In addition, washing machines are available, which can be used at a very fair price - very practical! We hardly noticed Jens, Sabine and their children, but the contact was very friendly and warm. The spacious garden was allowed to be used completely, including toys for the little ones - a great extra! Overall, an all-round successful stay with great hosts. We will be happy to come back!

The accommodation was easy to reach. You could get in flexibly and easily. Very cozy and clean, we lacked nothing in the furnishings. The bathing pond is surprisingly well chosen and could be used throughout. The sauna offers plenty of seating and lounging areas with a beautiful viewing window and breathtaking views directly into the forest The surroundings were quiet and full of nature, perfect for hiking experiences. Martin was always easy to reach. We can only recommend the accommodation and would be happy to come back. Thank you so much for this great experience.

We liked it very much with Julia & her family. Fritzi & Cookie immediately understood each other & played a lot. Flexible check-in option, you could always ring Julia's doorbell or write to her in case of problems. The apartment was in a perfect location for us, only 15-20 minutes from the Eibsee. Since we had great weather, we were actually only sleeping in the accommodation, would definitely like to come again. Many thanks to Julia & her family for the beautiful time

They gave us great recommendations for local attractions and places to visit, which really made our trip special. A great home base if you prefer a quieter neighborhood. Marcel was a responsive and accommodating host. We walked everywhere - to the train station, Partnachklamm Gorge, Zugspitzbahnhof, and local restaurants and groceries. The last few blocks are a bit steep, but worth it. The suite has everything you need, including an outdoor patio area that we didn’t get around to using but it looked nice. There’s a wonderful hike that begins steps from the suite, ending in a great vista just past Tannenhutte (across the bridge) and loops back a few streets over - strongly recommend!

A cozy and lovelly room in the mountains with a beuttiful view of the town below. Because of the location this spot is perfect if you want to explore this region of Austria/south of Germany, wihtin a hour of travel in each direction there is always something to see or to do. Especially if your goal is to go hiking. Everything is as described in the advertisement is, therefore our stay was as expected.

Chris and Veronika were super accommodating and very friendly. Location was great, view from the property was amazing, and the cleanliness/quality of the apartment was stunning. One of the nicest places we’ve stayed via Airbnb and will absolutely look to stay here again the next time we’re in this region.

Our stay at Alexander's was perfect - peaceful and beautiful after time in the city and many hours of driving. We all wished we had more time there, sitting, looking out at the mountains, and listening to the stream. Heavenly!

Incredible value and location. Alexandra was extremely helpful, responsive, and very flexible with my check when my flight was delayed by more than two hours. The Airbnb is very clean and has all the amenities necessary to cook for yourself. The surroundings are incredible and there are many hikes nearby. This Airbnb puts most others to shame in terms of price and quality. Would absolutely recommend.
