It will take you 3 minutes walk to old center of Bled, 6 minutes walk to lake Bled, a few minutes walk to Bled castle There are some bikes free of charge to get to Bled's favourite attractions even faster and more enjoyable :) (bikes are not new) In front of house are 3 parking spaces.. Just cross the road and there is a big kids playground, you can watch them from house :)

The villa is furnished in a classic style, with a special emphasis on decorative wrought ironwork, for which local craftsmen are renowned. Courtyard with free parking for four cars, and a bike depo is also available.

Villa Eva was renovated and newly furnished in July 2020. There is a large parking lot and garage in front of the house. The house has 6 rooms/studios with private bathrooms. All rooms are equipped with air conditioning, refrigerator, LCD TV, water heater, bed linen. The kitchen is separate in the lower rooms. In addition to the kitchen, there is also a washing/drying room and an exit to the garden, where a new summer kitchen and deckchairs have been installed.

The neighbourhood is quiet, location is perfect if you want to ski at ski resort Krvavec in the winter time or if you want to explore pure nature in the area!
