Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Küçükköy

The unit was as pictured in the listing. The bathroom was beautiful and the modern kitchen contained all that was needed for preparing the occasional meal. We were short some sheets when we arrived, but the host was very responsive and brought them to us. The narrow streets and lack of parking was a challenge as we were not accustomed to this, but it seems to be common at least in this part of Mytilene. Overall, would definitely recommend.

Very nice small apartment, close to the center. Comfortable for single travellers or a couple, with the shaded private balcony as an extra. Located in the old center of the city, 5' walking time from the quay, bus terminal and shops.

Mr. Hüseyin and Mr. Ramazan took very good care of me and my family. We felt like we were in our own home. They brought all the supplies and household items we wanted. They were very kind people, we will definitely stay much longer next time. It's a neighborhood to stay in without a doubt. Close to the garlic beach and 1-2 minutes to Küçükköy bazaar.

In a very nice location of Lesvos, there are the tasteful houses "Meltemi ". Theone we hosted, the space is super clean, comfortable, and functional! The owners and staff are extra polite and helpful! The breakfast basket includes a variety of local delicacies and beyond! We'll be back at the first opportunity!!

Alp's apartment is very comfortable and is well located. The terrace is very nice and you are on the promenade within a few minutes. The apartment has a washing machine and dryer and the kitchen is very well equipped. Communication with the host was very easy and Alper always wrote back quickly. We will be happy to come back!

Mikaela's place is wonderful, has a beautiful view and has everything you need. The beds are comfortable and there is plenty of storage room for the size place. My wife and I stayed there for 9 nights and it was a great in many ways. It is very close to some restaurants that have delicious food. It is also close to anything else you need. We will definately book next year. Thanks Mikaela for making us feel so welcome and taking super care of us!!

I stayed with my family for 4 nights. Mr. Özer responded to all our questions and requests attentively and in a timely manner until the end of the introduction phase. The house was as pictured. The backyard is very nice, it gets sun in the morning and shade in the evening. It had all the kitchen equipment you would have in your own home. The downstairs was air-conditioned, the upstairs had no air-conditioning, but there was a fan in both rooms. It's a huge plus that each room has its own bathroom and toilet. We had no problems using the pool of the site where the house is located. Only an unpleasant smell prevailed in the area and this smell was incredibly excessive in 1 of the 4 nights we stayed. But this has nothing to do with the house, of course. The site where the house was located was incredibly quiet and peaceful. Thank you for your support, Mr. Özer. It was definitely a house that should be preferred in this area.

We had such a wonderful time in Ayvalık, all thanks to Şerife and Dilara. Everything went so smoothly, and the place was absolutely perfect for me and my family. From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed and at ease. The house was clean, comfortable, and ideally located, making it easy for us to explore and enjoy everything Ayvalık has to offer. We’re truly grateful for their hospitality and care—it made our trip extra special. We’re already looking forward to coming back!

We stayed 4 nights as 5 girls. The location of the house was quite central, it was also quite pleasant to spend time in the garden. The house had everything that could be needed (iron, hair dryer, kitchen utensils )and sparkling. Ms. Yasemin greeted us, she was quite friendly and very helpful, she responded to our every need. We especially thank Ms. Yasemin for her interest and interest.

Firstly - Ayvalik is a hidden gem, go there before everyone else. It is Turkish and as a tourist one feels special. And Hande most certainly made us feel special. The five star rating firstly goes to her - she was ever responsive, even in awkward situations. When we could not unlock the door the second day, she was right there. When we needed advice during a medical emergency, she was there. When we needed early morning taxis, she organised it and bargained the price too. About the house: it is as described. The photos are real. We spend a lot of time in the kitchen - the true heart of the house. The most generous basic-stocked kitchen ever. Would have wanted to spend more time on the terrace, but the weather did not permit it. The décor is old-worldly. Feels like a family's beach house. Maybe too many knicks and knacks. Moving between the two levels can be challenging for a taller person. All in all a very homely and comforting stay. Thank you, Hande!

Although the house is quite central, it is located in a relatively quiet neighborhood. But due to the narrowness of the streets, a paid parking lot is a necessity, especially when coming by car during busy times. The interior of the house was beautifully designed and the house was quite comfortable. In the process, Ms. Ece helped us quickly whenever necessary. It is a house that we will definitely stay in again on our next visits to Ayvalık.

We had a very nice, smooth stay in this house where we stayed for 4 nights. The location of the house is quite central and easy to get to everywhere. Just the water was low, but there was nothing to do as it was a general issue of the area. We would like to thank Ms. Merve and Mr. Hakkı for their good advice, support and attention.

We were very satisfied with everything, the historical texture of the house was already magnificent and the location was incredibly central within walking distance of everything. The hosts were very caring and descriptive people who responded instantly and helped with everything. If we come back, it's a place we can choose again, thank you for everything 🙏🏻

From booking to check- in we found communication with Kalliope to be excellent. Kalliope was very kind and helpful in ensuring our needs were met, providing little extras like coffee and tea and a few other basics as she knew we were arriving later in the evening. The kitchen itself was very well equípped. The property itself has lovely private outdoor spaces all around which gave the option to sit in the shade or sun. The property location is quiet and the beds were comfortable. I’d recommend this property and would love to stay here again when I visit the island again.
