There are two separate kitchens on the 1st and 3rd floors where you can set up pleasant tables with your loved ones. The walking distance to the center of Ayvalık is 5 minutes and you can reach the beaches and Cunda Island in 15 minutes by car. We can speak Russian, German and English.

Our house is in Küçüköy, the Art Village of Ayvalık📍 It is within driving distance to all the local attractions and beaches of Ayvalık. Our house has two floors. On the ground floor, there is a living room, kitchen and a sink. Upstairs, there are 2 bedrooms and master bedrooms, each with a private bathroom. Our garden has a table, chairs and a barbecue set. There is also an Olympic pool belonging to our site. You can have a pleasant time in the garden of our house and have a barbecue if you wish.
