Family-friendly holiday rentals in Kukuljanovo

We liked our vacation very much! Robert’s place is very nice, exactly as described, the view is simply amazing and the apartment is well equipped! Robert and his wife were both very responsive and kind! We recommend his place without any doubts and looking forward to come back ourselves!

We loved this apartment!! We were only here 1 night and it was raining so we couldn’t fully enjoy the beautiful patio at the house. We sat outside under a covered area for an hour but it would have been incredible on a beautiful day! The house is exactly as pictured and described. My daughter absolutely loved this house due to all of the pink and purple accents. Due to some road closures, we got turned around a little bit. Ingo was very responsive and quickly helped us find our way. She was waiting outside to greet us when we arrived. She had lots of amenities. Dish soap, dishwasher, tabs, laundry, detergent, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, towel, towels, extra blankets… she even left a bunch of Easter eggs for my three children!! It is outside of the city center, but it was an excellent value. Two adults and three children slept comfortably. Thank you Inga!

Everything was pretty much as expected. Jakob was super easy to communicate with. It was pretty centrally located for all we planned to do on arrival and for day trips. The pictures more than did justice to what we found. It was very relaxing and we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. The castle area in Kastov was very nice, with great food and a nice place to wind down the night. Overall, a wonderful vacation to a place we’d never been.

It was actually smaller than we expected, but very nice overall. We stayed in late June, so it was quite hot — though we really enjoyed using the whirlpool at night, which was unbelievably good! Communication with the host was great as well. There’s also a good pizza restaurant nearby. I can definitely recommend it for a short stay of a couple of days!

Great house, nice communication, quick help with any problems. Hot tub was very relaxing and there was everything else you needed was available.

Everything perfect! If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. From the communication to the location and cleanliness - this accommodation is an absolute dream! Child-friendly equipped with children's dishes/cutlery, elevated pool with gate and a private playground in the garden, everything has been thought of here and implemented with great attention to detail. You can tell that it's not just an Airbnb house, but that a lot of the owners' passion goes into the care. Even with self-inflicted complications, we were helped immediately and very kindly, which is absolutely not a matter of course. All in all, I can fully recommend this accommodation! The stay at Villa Linda was great, the accommodation is well equipped - everything you need is there and Laura even prepared a very detailed folder with tips for the island of Krk, including restaurant tips (everything we tested was actually very good!). Super organized and communication before arrival, during the stay and at departure was very easy, as Laura speaks fluent German.

Wonderful place! Very nice host, and clean, beautiful decorated house, both in and outdoors. Fully equipped. This place is a gem!

We had a wonderful week at Lara's place. It's very close to a croatian-style beach (concrete, clean, shower, resto, sand place for kids), excellent and clean sea, the road goes close by - but it does not bother at all. There's lots to visit in the area, we like the island Krk - there the water's even better with lot's of fish for watching and snorkeling, historical towns and ruins, if you are interested in hiking - a climb to Veliky Rysnyak is a good 18-km walk up and down just in a half an hour drive. The place is enough for two adults and a kid, but if you have a kid of 14 yo and 180 cm high, consider looking for another place as the length of the sofa is too short :) Lara is a very helpful and responsible host, thank you once again!

We truly enjoyed our stay. The location was perfect! The beaches close by. Jovo was responsive and eager to help.

Ivan's place is absolutely perfect. Gated private parking. Spotless. Spacious and bright. Lots of windows and fresh air. Lovely patio overlooking vines/roses/etc. Coffee/Tea was available which is a nice touch. Beds were super comfortable, best sleep in this vacation yet. Super close to downtown ocean walk. We only stayed 1 night and wish we had stayed longer. Thanks for having us !!

Very clean and spacious accommodation. There were four of us with a dog in unfortunately not so nice weather (regular weather). That's why we were able to stay in the house very nicely, and everyone had their space. We felt very comfortable, and Nina was a very helpful host. However, the surroundings did not promise us so much, it was (probably also due to the season) everything as extinct (despite Easter week). A small kiosk and a small bistro were the only thing within walking distance. All in all it was a very relaxing short trip. Thank you Nina.

Great place, spacious, has everything you need for a longer stay, like a home - a phenomenal large table for housemates and work on a laptop (s), close to a garage (Zagrad B) where the price for 15 hours is just 7 euros overnight, a friendly owner Morana...

Ernad is by far the best host I have ever had and the best experience I have ever had with regards to a stay I was having. He was so proactive and helpful with communication our whole time there. Firstly he allowed us to check-in 3 hours early and organized a taxi for us from the train where we met him and helped us arrive to the apartment. He showed us around the apartment which was exactly as described, however what wasn't expected was that there was a full pantry with all the necessities. Along with that he had brought traditional Croatian food, drinks, cereals, and snacks and explained all of them and why he chose to have them as a welcome present. He proceeded to give us so many recommendations and almost plan a whole itinerary while using anything he prior picked up on through our texts before, e.g we are on a budget - he then gave a list of all the places that would be perfect for a budget. Ernad made our experience there and one of the kindest people I have ever met. Thankyou

It was great, but it was a shame that there was no microwave, otherwise everything else was perfect, very welcoming hosts and small treats.

We had a wonderful 2 weeks with our family in this house. Had super nice weather and everything you can think of was present in the house of Natalija and her family. Close to Labin, I think one of the best located places in Istria! We enjoyed the beach in Rabac, good restaurants nearby and from here very exploring Istria, Rovinj, Pula etc. Also seen the plitvice lakes and that is 5 hours up and down but worth it. Had a very nice time! Thank you!

We (a family of five) felt very comfortable in Damir's pool house. The view and the pool are an absolute highlight. Our 3 children were not so much interested in excursions, so we spent a lot of time in the pool - which is absolutely not difficult at this location. :) The path to the beach is easily accessible on foot and a sandy beach is also within reach. However, the return journey in the heat is a bit exhausting for the kids. The house itself offers everything you need - and if something is missing, Damir is always available. All in all, we liked it very much and we would recommend it at any time!

We had an incredibly nice vacation in this wonderful house. Upon arrival, we were impressed by the cleanliness and the well-kepted condition – it was really flawless! You can tell that a lot of emphasis is placed on details here to make guests feel at ease. Communication with the landlords was excellent: They were always available, helpful and very friendly, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Particularly noteworthy is the fantastic roof terrace. The view from there was simply breathtaking and gave us many unforgettable moments – be it at breakfast or at sunset. The location of the house is perfect for those who want to experience the beauty of Croatia, with the proximity to the sea and the many sights in the area. We can warmly recommend this gem and thank the hosts from the heart for a great stay.

Our stay was super nice! My children, my wife and grandparents were visiting and we felt right at home. Very pleasant that we could start and enjoy our vacation like this. We were very warmly welcomed directly and shown the accommodation. The vacation at Maja's is highly recommended! The amenities are great and very satisfactory! We had a very nice and relaxing vacation! We thank you very much for that!

Wonderful visit! Very comfortable place to relax and unwind. Restaurant options are close (driving) with a couple within a walk (but along a road and not much of a sidewalk). We enjoyed the beautiful scenery, the layout or the home, and just simply everything about our trip. Fred’s assistant who met us at the home was a very lovely introduction to the Croatian scene. He was friendly, laid-back, and a great first encounter for our stay. Absolutely recommend.

We had a wonderful time with Elena on Krk. The cottage is not very large, but well equipped and completely sufficient for 2 people. The subtropical garden, however, is a real dream. Palm trees, olive trees and wonderfully blooming flowers surround a large saltwater pool. Everything is very well maintained and clean, an oasis of peace. Elena is a very friendly, always helpful hostess who does everything to make guests feel comfortable. We hope to come back soon.

Ines' accommodation is a bit difficult to find, but the hostess makes up for it with her good accessibility and instructions. We were looking for a quiet, private accommodation where we could unwind - and that's exactly what we got. The house is very tastefully decorated and remains pleasantly cool in the summer. There was WiFi, but I actually enjoyed not having reception. It was a wonderfully relaxing holiday. I have already recommended the accommodation. 10/10!

Fantastic place. Everything is as described and photographed in the listing. A great place to relax, quiet, quiet, privacy. I would definitely recommend. I would like to go back there even though I am not a fan of rest in the same places again.
