Now we are finally renting out our newly renovated (completed 2022) unique farmhouse with 1 room and kitchen spread over 2 floors. On the ground floor is the living room/kitchen, kitchenette with 2 burners, microwave, coffee maker and fridge with freezer compartment. Dining table with room for 4. The bathroom of the courtyard house is a pearl, toilet, sink with large storage bench and shower with glass shower walls. Upstairs is the bedroom, 160 cm bed, a small sofa and armchair and a swivel smart TV. The courtyard house is located in old Gävle, right in the city center with proximity to everything.

Apartment PANORAMA No. 2 is a nature-inspired accommodation with large panoramic windows that offer views of the ski slope, forest or open landscape. Directly adjacent to the area, you will find a lift system and ski slope and in just a few minutes you are in the heart of KUNGSBERGET. The apartment has 6 regular beds divided into two bedrooms. Electric car charger available (ChargeNode App). Neither final cleaning, bed linen nor towels are included in the price. The accommodation is completely smoke-free! NOTE: Final cleaning can be booked separately.

Bring the family or the gang on a lovely ski trip to Kungsberget. This is a new, fresh and cozy accommodation with a fully-equipped kitchen, drying cabinet, TV, Chromecast, games and puzzles. There is also a baby bed and high chair. In the combined kitchen/living room, the kitchen table is extendable so that 4-6 people can sit at it. The accommodation is close to the nice children's slopes Björnbuseland and there is a lockable ski storage room. Sheets and towels are not included, but can be purchased. Cleaning is done before departure by the tenant.

A gas grill is available. Large associated parking area with charging post for electric vehicles on the premises. The villa is located 4 km from Storsjöns pearl, Årsunda Strandbad. 30 minutes' drive from Kungsberget Ski resort and 20 minutes from popular Högbo Bruk. Currently, there is only access to the lake in winter.

Slopes, restaurants, groceries, playrooms, ski shop/rental/shop, etc. The apartment is newly produced and perfectly planned with six beds as well as access to two floor mattresses. Which makes it possible for two families to share. In the apartment there are also books, games, etc. to entertain the younger ones.

40 m2 hus med mysigt sovloft som nås genom stege samt bäddsoffa 140 cm. Byggt 2019 och ligger i nära anslutning till familjens hus. I huset finns också en härlig massagestol som kan nyttjas obegränsat. Fullt utrustat kök med diskmaskin och kyl och frys. Finns behov av tvättmaskin kan det ordnas i huvudhuset. Sängen är bäddad och handdukar/badlakan och morgonrockar finns för er. Nespressomaskin med kapslar och te ingår i priset Tv och wifi finns Elbil kan laddas hos oss till självkostnadspris.

Här möts du av ett nybyggd och stiligt boende med öppen planlösning och högt i tak. Sex bäddar fördelat på två sovrum. Ett fulltutrustat kök, braskamin och golvvärme i badrum och hall. Promenadavstånd till Carl Larsson-gården och Stora Hyttnäs 650 m, Sundborns kyrka 900 m. Närhet till fin natur med elljusspår och vandringsleder. Endast 200 m till uppfriskande bad i Sundbornsån. Sommartid finns möjlighet att hyra SUP-bräda. Byns bastu vid ån går att hyra. Lugnet, Högskolan Dalarna, Falu centrum ca 13 km, Världsarvet Falun - Falu Gruva 14 km.

Welcome to our guest house in the cottage area Hästhagen by Lake Öjaren. A few minutes from Högbo Bruk with nice cross-country skiing, mountain bike arena, golf courses, canoe rental, paddle tennis, etc. 25 minutes from Kungsberget's ski and bike facility. Walking distance to the lake for swimming and fishing. 1 km to Gästrikeleden with nice hiking and many miles of bike trails. In winter, 5 km ice rink on the lake within a few minutes' walking distance.
