Paul was a fabulous host. He stayed in contact with us through every stage to make sure every step was clear and simple, and he answered all our questions. The location was fabulous. We could park directly in front, had great privacy, and could reach everything we wanted easily. We rode the bus one day and only had to cross the street. The unit is clean and cozy. We had everything we needed in a tiny space without feeling cramped. We did leave our large suitcase in the car which helped with space. It’s small and doesn’t have any sofa seating, but we managed just fine and loved every second of our stay here.

Nagomi was great to deal with and great people there while I was there. Beautiful spot with an amazing view of the mountain when weather cleared. So close to Rusutsu and Niseko. Will stay again for sure!!!

Tsuyuki’s place is a wonderful stay in the country side of Niseko. Very quiet and beautiful area. The place was clean and had all the necessary amenities. It was my first time in Japan and Tsuyuki was very helpful in pointing me, and other guests, in the right direction of what we were looking for in the area. Tsuyuki is a great guide, cook (definitely try her cooking), and person! I would highly recommend this place. I’m looking forward to my next trip to Niseko and I will for sure be staying at Tsuyuki’s.

I enjoyed staying at Toru’s place. It felt like home, yet, you have your own privacy. You feel like part of the family, having dinner with them every night. The food was all home cooked authentic Japanese food. Will surely come back next time!
