A new luxury ski resort is located near Ruka, on the shore of Lake Suininki. The main building has sleeping accommodations for 8 people. The building has two bedrooms, a spacious loft, a remote workstation, a sauna, a dressing and laundry room, a utility room, a fully equipped kitchen, and a large living room. There is a large hut on the shore of the lake and a separate lakeside sauna with a wood-fired stove. The property is perfect for those with a taste for luxury and a peaceful vacation. Ruka is about a 20-minute drive away, and the center of Kuusamo is about 20 minutes away.

Cozy log cabin semi-detached house near the center of Ruka. The kitchen has all the necessary appliances (dishwasher, induction stove, oven, microwave) and comprehensive dishes. Downstairs in the cottage, the living room-kitchen is an open space and there is one bedroom with a double bed. Attic upstairs with separate sleeping areas at the ends. One with a sofa bed and the other with two separate beds. Wi-Fi connection, air heat pump, 11kw charger with type2 connector (electricity is charged separately). A short distance to the ski trail from the yard of the cottage!
