We live in one of the houses and also rent out a cabin and the upstairs apartment on AIRBNB. ("Rofshus2" and "Lita cabin in sunny farmhouse") Patio with table, chairs and barbecue. Great view of Totak and the mountains. 5 min to drive to the city centre with shops and driven cross country trails. 10 min to the ski centers. Great WIFI. Great summer hiking opportunities. Charger for electric car 5 min away.

New (12/03/2021) apartment in Gausta Vertorama. Ski-in/ski-out. The apartment is directly connected to alpine resorts - in the middle of the upgraded ski resort on Gausta. Cross country trails with miles of uphill cross country tracks and light track are 2 min away by foot. Short distance to dining, hotel with spa and shop. Free parking and Wifi. Unique view down to Rjukan and up towards Gausta peak. Great sun conditions on the terrace and patio where you can really enjoy yourselves, after a lovely hike on skis or on foot.

Cozy apartment close to Gaustatoppen. The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen and duvets and pillows in all beds. There is also access to a sofa bed that sleeps two people. The apartment has an integrated porch with a direct view of Gaustatoppen and Kvitåvatn. There is a private parking space in the parking garage under the apartment complex. Short distance to all amenities at Gaustablikk. Has been maintenance on the building this summer, but they are done now. Laundry can be ordered for NOK 500

The apartment is well equipped and with 2 parking places provided It has 65 inch TV with smart function , wifi is provided Walking distance to all amenities Notodden has to offer. Fem minutter andre veien tar deg til dagligvarebutikken. Er du student eller ansatt og trenger overnatting på samling, er dette stedet helt perfekt. Et enkelt og fredelig overnattingssted med sentral beliggenhet. Hybelen ligger på baksiden av huset, se bilde av eksteriøret.
