Cozy cottage in Gaustablikk

Fantastic view of Gaustatoppen. The unique thing about this cabin is that it is not located in a cabin area, there is nature and tranquility and birds singing as the closest neighbors. The cross-country trails start right at the parking lot, and from there it is about 300 meters to the alpine facility. Note: It is a distance to walk from the parking lot up to the cabin, 150 meters in the summer/250 meters in the winter, it is steep the first part, so it does NOT fit if you have bad legs. Approx. 1.5 km to Gaustablikk mountain hotel.

Great view of Totak and the mountains. 5 min to drive to the city centre with shops and driven cross country trails. 10 min to the ski centers. Great WIFI. Great summer hiking opportunities. Ski in/out both in terms of alpine and cross country skiing. The apartment has 3 bedrooms (1 bedroom with family bunk and 2 bedrooms with double bed). Well equipped for 7 people with all necessary equipment.

Cabin in the middle of everything Telemark has to offer. The cabin is centrally located at Jønnbu (Lifjell), but at the same time it is secluded by a small lake. Great hiking areas with fishing waters, mountain tops and marked hiking trails in the immediate vicinity. Lifjellstua (restaurant) is located 150 m from the cabin. Bø Sommarland and Høyt&Lavt 8-9 km away.

The cabin is 6 kilometers from Mæl ferry rental in the direction of Atrå. It is 17 kilometres to Rjukan, 25 kilometres to Gaustatoppen mountain and beautiful mountain areas. Nice view to Tinnsjøen and Austbygda. There is no running water in the cabin, but there is electric power and wood firing. Firewood is included in the price. Water is collected from the host.
